  Отличная квартира с чистым и современным ремонтом. Есть вся необходимая техника и все, что нужно, для комфортного проживания. Расположение очень удачное. Неспешным шагом за 10 минут можно добраться как до пляжа, так и до старого города. В пешей доступности магазины и заведения, а также обменник. Отдельная благодарность владельцу квартиры – Алексею. Всегда был на связи и готов был подсказать информацию по всем вопросам. Всем рекомендую данный вариант для отдыха в Батуми.

  Потрясающее месторасположение, между старым городом и новым Батуми. До моря 10 минут. Из квартиры вид на озеро в парке и море. Рядом круглосуточный супермаркет, рестораны и популярная кондитерская. А Алексей — самый внимательный, отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин, у которого мы когда-либо останавливались 🙂 еще раз большое спасибо за гостеприимство!

  The host family is really nice. They did everything they could to make us feel at home. Everything you need for a comfy stay is included. From the washing machine to the oven. This could easily be a choices for those digital-nomads. Also, the list of the restaurants recommended is really helpful. Unfortunately we didnt have enough time to go to all of them.
  Also, the view from the balcony is great. Not only you could see the sea but also the lake in the nearby park.

  The appartment has everything you need it is also very clean, modern and spacious. Beside that i have to outline that Alex is a great host (won't get into details, you will see what i mean by that 😁). Definitely a place to stay in Batumi for a few days or even for a longer vacation (beach and city sights are a few minutes walk from the appartment and the view from it is nice).

  Alex was really cool and welcoming. The studio room was as described in the booking description, "cozy." The building was located near the Nuri lake which was a very convenient location for the dragonboat competition I was attending to. It's a central location to the touristy spots as well. And it's just across the Dona cafe which I am starting to miss.

  Very easy communication with Alex, he is an amazing host. He also gave me some tips about restaurants in the neighbourhood and replied to every text within a few minutes.
  The apartment is freshly renovated and fully equipped.
  Very close to the old town (10-15 minutes walking) and 5-10 to the seaside. Perfect location and great views from the 11th floor.
