You know what caught me off guard about Central Luxury Living Europe Square,Balcony/Batumi? For a three-star place, it honestly feels way more upscale than you’d expect. I mean, the name’s a bit of a mouthful, but once you’re actually there on Memed Abashidze Avenue, you get why they went with it – you’re literally steps from Europe Square, which is basically the heart of everything happening in Batumi.

The balcony situation is legit – and I’m saying this as someone who’s stayed in plenty of places where “balcony” means a glorified ledge. Here, you can actually sit out there with your morning coffee and watch the city wake up. The street below gets pretty lively, especially during summer evenings when everyone’s heading to the seaside, but it’s not the kind of noise that’ll keep you up all night. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to squeeze genuine luxury touches into what’s technically a mid-range property. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious (that bathtub they mention? It’s real, and it’s actually usable), and the whole place has this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile or chain-hotel generic.

Location-wise, you’re in that sweet spot where you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes, but you’re also right in the thick of Batumi’s cafe and restaurant scene. I spent most evenings just wandering around the nearby streets – there’s this whole network of little alleys and squares that you stumble onto, and honestly, being so close to Europe Square means you’re never more than a few minutes from something interesting. The staff actually knows the neighborhood too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how rare that is. They pointed me toward this tiny Georgian wine bar tucked away behind the main square that I never would’ve found otherwise. Check-in was smooth, no drama with the balcony room I’d requested, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything ridiculous. The whole experience just felt… comfortable, I guess? Like staying at a well-run local spot that happens to have its act together, rather than some corporate hotel trying too hard to impress you.

  Location was perfect & it is the strongest point of the property. It is bang on The Europe square and it is such a beautiful experience starting your day by sipping coffee on the balcony marveling at the magnificent view of the square. We also liked a small gesture at the welcome by the host who kept a local wine for us. .

  معاملة مالك الشقة كانت جدًا لطيفة، الشقة جدًا نظيفة، كبيرة دافئة ومريحة، الوانها مفعمة بالحياه، وفيها كل الخدمات التي يحتاجها المسافر، (ثلاجة، غسالة، مكوى، ادوات مطبخ، مناشف نظيفة وحتى فرشاه اسنان احادية الاستخدام والعديد من الخدمات) حتى انه يوجد تدفئة غاز

  What could be improved: اجواء الشقة كانت ممتازة ورائعة، وكنت سوف اعطي تقييم كامل، لولا ان المصعد الكهربائي كان معطل ( الشقة تقع في الطابق الرابع) كان من الصعب علينا رفع وانزال عربة الطفلة في كل مرة نخرج فيها من الشقة، بالرغم من ان صاحب الشقة ساعدنا في رفع وانزال الامتعة عند وصولنا واثناء خروجنا
  اضافة الى نفاذ الغاز ونفاذ المياه الساخنة في صباح يوم خروجنا من الشقة 😅

  Все чисто и акуратно. Очень хороший интерьер. Все необходимо есть. Прекрасный вид с балкона. Хозяйка квартиры очень приятная. Рядом очень много хороших ресторанов и много достопримечательностей. Перед выбором я пять дней читал отзывы и не мог принять решение. Но когда нашел эти апартаменты я был счастлив. Проживание просто супер.

  It was very easy to check-in, apartments are nice and located in very beautiful plcae in city-center. It's about 5-7 min to get to the sea. Very good Italian restaurant in the same building.
