The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s got everything you’d actually use – proper knives, a decent stovetop, even a coffee maker that doesn’t taste like plastic. I mean, after staying in places where the “kitchenette” is basically a hot plate and a prayer, this felt luxurious. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters when you’re trying to work or upload photos without wanting to throw your laptop out the window.   Понравилось отношение и гостеприимство хозяина. Расположение и вид из окна, 17 этаж. Очень удобный комфортный матрас на двуспальной кровати. Маскитная сетка. Были проблемы с холодной водой, но когда мы написали хозяину, он все решил и даже поменял нам лейку.

  everything was amazing. we had a lovely stay. the room was very comfortable, in a nice building, with a beautiful view of the sea, with a very nice and responsive hosts. this part of Batumi consists of very calm and peaceful streets. public transport available nearby, 1 minute walk to the bus stop, making it possible for you to get around the city very easily. thank you so much!

  Отличное расположение с видом на море в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от пляжа, тихое место вдали от шума в новой части Батуми, который есть в центре и ближайших районах. Гостиница находится в новом доме, номер в отличном состоянии, чистый и ухоженный и прекрасным балконом. До аэропорта всего 10 мин на такси. Гостеприимный и клиенториентированный хозяин, что приятно удивило после отсутствия сервиса у основной части местного населения.
  
  Excellent location overlooking the sea, a 5-minute walk from the beach, a quiet place, away from the noise. Location in the new part of Batumi. The hotel is located in a new building, the room is in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, with a wonderful balcony. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. A hospitable and customer-oriented owner, who was pleasantly surprised after providing the service to the majority of the region’s population.
  
  What could be improved: Не очень хорошая дорога, ведущая к дому, но это на время стройки скорее всего, т.к весь район находиться в строительстве. Но для меня это не было критично.
