But stepping into this four-star property on the 18th floor — well, that’s when everything changed. It’s one of those moments where you just stop and think, okay, this is going to be good.

You know what’s brilliant about staying here? You’re right on Batumi Pier, which means you can practically roll out of bed and be at the waterfront. I spent my mornings watching the sunrise over the sea with a coffee, and honestly, it never got old. The apartment setup means you’ve got space to actually live a bit — there’s a proper kitchen where I made simple breakfasts while taking in those views. Couples seem to absolutely love this place (and I can see why), but it works just as well if you’re traveling solo and want somewhere that feels like home rather than just a hotel room.

What Makes It Special

The thing about Batumi Battower is that it’s not trying to be flashy — it just delivers on the basics really, really well. The space is clean and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of that 18th-floor perch. I actually found myself spending way more time in the apartment than I usually would in a hotel room, partly because of the views but also because everything just works. The kitchenette has everything you need, the Wi-Fi is solid, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.

The Batumi Experience

What I really appreciated was how this place lets you experience Batumi like a local rather than just a tourist passing through. You’re close enough to walk to the main attractions — the Boulevard is right there, and you can easily explore the old town on foot. But you’re also removed enough that you’re not dealing with constant street noise. I’d often come back in the afternoon, make some tea, and just watch the city come alive below. There’s something quite meditative about being up that high, watching the boats come and go from the pier.

  Отличные апартаменты для семьи из 4х человек. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Месторасположение удобное недалеко от моря. Внизу есть супермаркет. Парковка есть,но мест свободных немного. У нас было позднее выселение и хозяйка разрешила без проблем, за что ей большое спасибо.

  Квартира уютная с видом на море, находится в очень хорошем месте для прогулок. Море в 2 минутах, отличнейший парк Качинских в 5 минутах. Обстановка абсолютно соответствует фото. 2-ая спальня без окон на улицу, нам это не было особо неудобно, но стоит учитывать. Шкафов в обеих спальнях много. Кухня достаточно оборудована посудой и всем необходимым кроме штопора)))). Парковка во дворе есть, но свободных мест немного, но как то удавалось приткнуться всегда, на крайний случай можно парковаться вдоль дороги. Магазин продуктов 24/7 один в доме и рядом еще пару штук, собачий магазин тоже в доме. Рядом кафешки и ресторанчики, чудесная пекарня с отличнейшими завтраками, обменный пункт. Аэропорт рядом, но самолеты не мешают.
  
  What could be improved: Очень бы хотелось хоть какую то вешалку и мебель в коридоре. ну и очень просится столик на балконе.

  Фото отображают реальную обстановку квартиры, комнаты между собой разделены перегородкой с форточкой, т.е. вторая комната без окна
  лифты ходят прекрасно, а в 10 минутах ходьбы от дома точка для споттинга, где можно сделать прекрасные фото приземляющихся самолетов
  В квартире при заезде было чисто и в целом есть средства для оперативной уборки
  В достаточном количестве вся необходимая посуда, в этом же доме есть магазинчик, в котором можно закупиться продуктами для организации завтрака, в 5 минутах магазин spar
  
  What could be improved: Отсутствие пляжных полотенец и очень нужна мебель на балкон, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на закат

  – удалено от больших зданий и как следствие больше места на пляже ( но если любите муравейник то вам ближе к центру )
  
  What could be improved: Проблемы с водой , но тут это в целом проблема Батуми ( хотелось бы что бы четче рассказывали о проблеме и указали где при отключении набрать воды )
  – стройка рядом , но Батуми это все одна большая стройка
