The kitchen is fully equipped too, which I appreciated since eating out every single meal in Batumi can get expensive (though honestly, the food scene here makes it tempting).

What really impressed me was how thoughtfully everything’s been set up. The apartment feels like someone actually lives here and cares about the details, not like one of those sterile vacation rentals where everything’s beige and boring. The beds are genuinely comfortable – I’m talking proper sleep, not that stiff hotel mattress nonsense – and the whole place stays surprisingly quiet despite being on such a busy street. The building itself is well-maintained, and getting in and out is straightforward without any of that confusing key-card drama. During peak summer season, this area gets pretty lively (which is great if you’re here to experience Batumi’s energy), but even then, the apartment stays peaceful enough that you can actually get some rest. The 9.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where you find yourself thinking, “okay, I could definitely stay here longer.”

  Отдыхали семьей в двухкомнатном апарте.Много раз отдыхали в апартаментах,но тут была впервые удивлена таким качественным подходом:различные одноразовые наборы, зонты(пригодились),хорошие средства для тела и волос,качественные халаты(в 5 -ках не всегда такие).Кухня полностью соответствует описание,очень комфортно на ней готовить,холодильник работает отлично)В морозилке даже был лед❤️для напитков.Колонка “Marshal” очень порадовала.Да и вся техника очень хорошего качества!Но самое главное-вид с 34 этажа!Это восторог!Да и само место расположение-лучшее в Батуми,тут реально чистое море,все рядом ,тихо и спокойно по сравнению с новым бульваром.Прстельное белье тоже очень чистое и качественные.Кондиционеры прекрасно раьотают! Очень волновалась на предмет долгого ожидания лифта,но их три,они скоростные ,никогда не приходилось ждать. общем ,нам все очень понравилось!Спасибо за гостеприимство!!❤️

  Квартира очень хорошая, вид из окна шикарный!
  Постельное идеально чистое, приятные подушки.
  Красивая сервировка стола. Порадовала колонка с хорошим звуком. В целом все необходимое есть.

  Отличное местоположение, в шаговой доступности до исторической части города, ресторанов, пляжа. Рядом порт и канатная дорога. Фото соответствуют, номер комфортный, в нём есть всё необходимое для проживания. Стоит отметить, что хозяин находится на связи и оперативно помогает решить ваши проблемы.

  Были здесь с ребенком и нам всё понравилось! Отличный вид с 34-го этажа на закат, приятный и удобный дизайн квартиры (мебель, посуда и т.п.), легкая и быстрая коммуникация с хозяином квартиры. Без проблем работает доставка еды и продуктов до двери квартиры. Рекомендую этот вариант проживания!
