The room I stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed — nothing fancy, but everything you actually need was there and working properly. The beds are comfortable (which isn’t always a given in this price range), and the bathroom was modern with good water pressure. What struck me most was the attention to cleanliness and the little touches that show someone cares — fresh towels that actually smell fresh, decent lighting for reading, and windows that open properly for those cool Batumi evenings when you want natural air circulation.

  It was a new and a different experience for us. The owner (Banyaz) is amazing guy, he helped us a lot.
  
  What could be improved: We had a crib in the middle of the cottage that took from our space. I asked one of the staff to remove it and he refused. I tried to explain that you can put such a thing in my space that I didn’t ask for but he was so stubborn and I couldn’t explain to him. The cottage was just enough space but the crib made it smaller. I will post the picture of the crib in the room.

  Despite being my first cottage stay, it exceeded my expectations. From the friendly pickup at Batumi train station to Mari's helpfulness, everything was wonderful. The place was far better than I anticipated! I felt like home far from home!

  What could be improved: We couldn't open the balcony ourselves. Staff person(who met us) closed the balcony and we no longer used the balcony. I didn't see the keys either. The house had numerous problems with both locks and plumbing. We couldn't close the door at night and go to the shower. The water in the shower was only hot. Boiling water. The front door is transparent outside and mirrored on the inside . This house didn't suit us.
  It is important to replace what we formed for the staff person to solve the problem with the locks. Instead of replacing housing or giving up housing, we received advice to just try harder. The locks are not working properly. Even if the two girls were left in the countryside in a foreign country, it upset my sense of security. We could not sleep well in a foreign country, in an unlocked house.
  The same evening we sent a request to shorten the booking and owner of property did not confirm it several times. We did everything possible to check out faster.
  The staff man who picked up the keys at 11:00 today did not want to check inside the house after handing it over. Despite the fact that I formed him into it. So after couple of ours we received complaint from owner to come back and return the keys of the balcony.
  I refused to do it, because all this was too much for one place.
