It’s tucked away on Markoz Adjareli street in this quiet residential pocket of Batumi, but somehow you’re still just a ten-minute walk from all the action along the Boulevard. I mean, when you’re staying at most places in the city center, you’re dealing with traffic noise until pretty late – but here, honestly, the evenings are surprisingly peaceful.

The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed guesthouse than a typical four-star hotel. The owner clearly put thought into the small stuff – there’s actually decent water pressure in the showers (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given in this part of the world), and they’ve got this little breakfast setup that changes based on what’s fresh at the local market. I was there in late spring, and they were doing these amazing khachapuri variations that you just don’t get at the big chain places. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable without being fancy – think modern fixtures but with enough Georgian character that you remember where you are.

What really sold me on the place was how the staff handled the practical stuff. Parking can be a nightmare in central Batumi, especially during summer when the Russian tourists flood in, but they’ve got a couple spots behind the building and actually helpful advice about the free street parking nearby. Plus – and this matters if you’re planning day trips – they know the marshrutka routes better than Google Maps does. When I wanted to get to Sarpi beach, the front desk guy drew me this little map showing exactly where to catch the right minibus and warned me about the afternoon rush. That’s the kind of local knowledge you can’t fake. The place gets busy during July and August (what doesn’t in Batumi?), but even then it maintains this relaxed, almost family-run vibe. With a 9.7 rating, I wasn’t surprised to find it lived up to the hype – though honestly, it’s the kind of spot that succeeds because it doesn’t try too hard. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city that’s already pretty overwhelming in the best possible way.

  15 min met de auto vanaf Batumi, veel in de stad geweest, wij hadden een appartement voor 6 personen, ruim, 3 slaapkamers, overal airco, heerlijk om na de hitte van de stad te relaxen in de groene oase met 2 prachtige zwembaden, badhanddoeken op verzoek. Restaurant was tijdens ons verblijf nog niet open maar was wel klaar. Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaresse Nino.

  Хороший большой дом с красивыми видами из панорамных окон, всё чисто, есть посуда, полотенца, кондиционер, теплые полы, 2 санузла.
  Хозяева всегда готовы придти на помощь.

  A brand new, modern, cosy, clean and large apartment.
  Located just outside of Batumi (10 minutes drive from city center), on a quite, isolated hill with a great mountain view.
  2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, fully equipped kitchen and a huge living room – perfect for a family.
  The floor is heated which makes the apartment warm and cosy on cold days – there is also heating in the rooms.
  The owner is available by phone, and her grandparents live on premise to provide all your needs.
  The property also have a shared swimming pool which was closed as we stayed off season while it is still cold and raining.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing, everything was perfect – I would suggest providing oil, salt and sugar so that guests will be able to cook without buying a bottle of oil / pack of salt/sugar for 2-3 days of stay.

  Tesis ve imkanları çok güzeldi. Google'da da güzel dileklerimi ilettim kendilerine. Gürcü yemekleri bize pek hitap etmiyordu. Bu sebeple evde birşeyler yapmak istedik ve imkanlar buna elverişliydi. Fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi. Evde çamaşır makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü ve hatta elektrik süpürgesi de var. Konforlu yatakları ve tertemiz doğa manzarasıyla harika 3 gün geçirdik. Alt ve üst katlarda ayrı ayrı tuvalet banyosu mevcut. Konum olarak avrupa meydanı diye adlandırılan meydana aracımızla 10dakikada vardık. Sadece yolunda ufak tefek çukurlar var ama o gürcistanda her yerde var maalesef. 4 kişi çok rahat konaklayabilirsiniz.Evinizde hissetmek için burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Bir sonraki turumuzu iple çekiyorum. Herşey için teşekkürler Nino ve ailesi😇
