The Black Sea Boulevard is just a short stroll away, and honestly, that’s where you’ll probably spend most of your evenings anyway.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in felt more like a high-end urban apartment than a hotel space — which makes sense given the tower’s design. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, so you get these sweeping views of the city that change throughout the day. What I really appreciated was the kitchenette setup; it’s not huge, but it’s functional enough if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets and prepare a simple meal. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent water pressure.

The on-site restaurant serves a mix of Georgian and international dishes, though I’ll be honest — I found myself eating out more often just because Batumi has such an incredible food scene. The hotel does have a spa area that’s perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring the city’s eclectic architecture and seaside promenades. There’s also parking available, which is actually a bigger deal than you might think in this part of the city where finding a spot can be a real headache.

  What could be improved: Из минусов со всех сторон везде стройки и даже чтобы дойти до магазина, нужно обойти половину района, но конечно вины хозяина в этом нет. Очень ограничены средства гигиены такие как мыло,бумага. Нам хватило на 3 дня, но расчитывайте, что если будете дольше придется купить свое.

  очень хороший номер на 28 этаже с потрясающим видом на море и окрестности. это не гостиница все номера это частные апартаменты . управляющая компания всегда на связи и помогает в любом вопросе. очень чисто. в доме 2 крыла в каждом 6 лифтов проблем и очередей к лифту не было вообще. возможно в пик сезона есть нехватка. возможно заказать любую еду в номер через интернет приложение glovo
  на английском или грузинском . доставка +-30 минут. в период нашего пребывания было небольшое землетрясение оказывается в Батуми часто потряхивает и на 28 этаже это очень ощутимо. в номере есть микроволновка, минибар , чайник электро плита и стиральная машина. всё очень чисто и на хорошем уровне
