The thing about this five-star property is that it really delivers on that panorama promise. I stayed on the seventh floor, and the Black Sea views from my balcony were absolutely ridiculous – you can see the whole coastline stretching toward Turkey on clear days. The staff actually told me (and this felt genuine, not rehearsed) that the best sunset shots happen around 7 PM from the western-facing rooms, and they were spot on. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets once you’re inside – the building’s set back just enough from the main road that you don’t get the constant traffic noise that plagues some of the beachfront places. The lobby has this interesting modern Georgian design thing going on, lots of clean lines mixed with traditional touches that don’t feel forced.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: the hotel shuttle to Old Batumi runs every hour until 10 PM, which is actually super convenient since walking takes about 25 minutes and the evening cab situation can get chaotic during summer. The breakfast spread was legitimately impressive – they do this amazing khachapuri station where they make it fresh, plus all the usual international stuff that doesn’t taste like cardboard. I was surprised by how good the coffee was too, which honestly isn’t always a given in Georgian hotels. The pool area gets pretty busy around noon, but if you go early morning or after 4 PM, it’s perfect for actually swimming instead of just posing for Instagram. One small thing – the WiFi in the rooms can be spotty if you’re facing away from the main building, but the lobby connection is solid if you need to get work done. The concierge desk really knows their stuff about day trips to Kobuleti or the botanical garden, and they don’t just hand you generic brochures – they’ll actually tell you which marshrutka to take and where to get off.

  Nice complex, with many services, lot of nice pool, restaurant, bar, beautiful garden, direct beach, truly an oasis compared to the surroundings. The apartment is new, comfortable, reasonably equipped.
  
  What could be improved: Even though the apartment is almost new, there are many small construction flaws. The toilet is leaking, the shower does not drain completely, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There are many dining options in the complex, but food, drinks and parking are very expensive. You can park for free on the street, but there is usually no space, and if you do manage to park, they will park in front of you and you can't leave. The 2 elevators in the large buildings are not enough, you always have to wait a long time. Generally unfriendly staff and lots of rude guests. Otherwise, it is a nice and pleasant place.

  What could be improved: نظام استلام الغرفه عن طريق شخص يملكها وتم وضع لوكر بارقام سريه في اللوبي ومن خلاله تستلم المفتاح عن طريق هذا السمسار وبعد ماسكنت يلغي حجزي ويقول حط انك ماسكنت عشان يعفوه من رسوم بوكينق !!!
