This five-star property sits right in the heart of Batumi‘s action, and once you step inside, it’s like entering a completely different world.

The lobby actually impressed me – there’s this modern elegance that doesn’t feel stuffy or pretentious. What really caught my attention though was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the seaside boulevard (which, by the way, is just a quick walk from here), the front desk guy didn’t just point me in a direction – he told me about the best time to avoid crowds and which café along the way makes the strongest Georgian coffee. That’s the kind of local insight you don’t get everywhere. The rooms themselves are solid – I mean, you’re getting proper five-star amenities without the inflated attitude. My room had this great view toward the Black Sea, and honestly, waking up to that never got old. The beds are comfortable enough that I actually overslept twice, which rarely happens when I’m traveling.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the location puts you within walking distance of Batumi’s main attractions, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and chaos of being right on the boulevard itself. It’s sort of the perfect middle ground – close enough to everything but tucked away on a side street where you can actually get some sleep. The hotel restaurant serves decent Georgian dishes (their khachapuri is legit), though I’d recommend venturing out to explore the local scene too. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town, but the hotel staff helped sort that out. One small thing – the elevators are a bit slow during busy periods, but that’s honestly a minor complaint. What struck me most was how this place manages to feel both upscale and approachable. You’re not walking on eggshells worried about disturbing some pristine atmosphere, but you’re also not compromising on comfort or service quality. For Batumi, especially given how the city has been developing its hospitality scene, this hotel hits that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing the real character of the place while still getting pampered a bit.

  The owner was helpful and kind. The apartment is decent. With washing mashing and fridge and stove microwave tv etc. overall good.
  
  What could be improved: The elevators ruined our stay. They are super crowded and not fit for the building. Basically every time you need to spend 30 minutes waiting or more

  Property has a great view and its location is also nice.
  You can get the food delivered to your room from nearby restaurants. All the big casinos and restaurants are also in the vicinity.
  
  What could be improved: Is actually not a traditional Hotel stay but its an apartment where you’ll just get a room with all equipments. But there is no Breakfast options and no charging socket would be provided and you’ll be required to buy everything on your own. The person in charge of the room will be sitting in a different tower and they will give you the room in a different tower, so you’ll have to walk to get the keys and also go back to him when you check out. A lot of hassles to go through.

  What could be improved: Its very difficult to get left to go up to your flat , you have to wait long time , and finally too many people waiting and you should wait in queue and additionally no car parking
