Rooms Hotel Batumi Overview
You know what struck me first about Rooms Hotel Batumi? The way it sits on Gogebashvili Street like it’s been part of the neighborhood forever, even though it’s clearly this sleek, modern addition to Batumi’s skyline. I mean, this five-star place manages to feel both polished and unpretentious at the same time – which honestly isn’t easy to pull off in a city that’s sometimes trying a bit too hard to impress tourists.
The location is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re in the real Batumi, not just the beachfront tourist bubble. You’re close enough to walk to the Boulevard and all that seaside action, but you’re also right where locals actually live and work. I loved stepping out in the morning and grabbing coffee from the little places nearby – there’s this authentic energy on Gogebashvili that you miss when you’re stuck right on the water with all the casino crowds. The rooms themselves are exactly what you’d hope for from a place with a 9.3 rating. Clean lines, big windows, and – this matters more than you’d think – really good blackout curtains. Batumi can get pretty lively at night, and you’ll appreciate being able to actually sleep when you want to.
What really won me over, though, was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the city. Not just the obvious tourist stuff, but like where to find the best khachapuri at 2 AM or which marshrutka to take if you want to explore outside the city center. The rooftop area becomes this perfect spot in the evenings – you can see the whole sweep of the Black Sea coast, and there’s usually a nice breeze even when it’s hot. I actually ended up spending way more time there than I planned, just watching the city do its thing below. The whole place feels designed by people who understand that sometimes you want luxury, but you also want to feel connected to where you actually are. It’s not trying to transport you to some generic international hotel experience – it’s very much a Batumi hotel, just a really, really good one.
Hotels near me in Batumi offer convenient access to the seaside boulevard, where guests can easily walk to Batumi Botanical Garden, Europe Square, and authentic Georgian restaurants.

Reviews of Rooms Hotel Batumi
Exceptional – Nikita from Switzerland – September 1, 2025 (10/10)
Stylish hotel. Exceptionally good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
What could be improved: When it is not a peak season, the breakfast facility has enough space for all guests. Otherwise, it can be a bit hard to find a place to sit (e.g. before 31 Aug it was overcrowded, but on 1 Sep there was plenty of room for everyone).A beautiful hotel located in the old town, set in a charming historic building. The service was wonderful – especially t – Layla from United Kingdom – August 28, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: Food in rooftop restaurant needs improving. Pool area is too crowded on hot days. Ground floor needs more activationsPerfect Hotel – Shorena from Georgia – August 21, 2025 (10/10)

I loved everything at the Rooms Hotel batumi! It saved my trip to the other city since i had to re-book a different hotel which saved the day since my 1st hotel “Steps Hotel “ in batumi was a horrible experience because it was so dirty and the staff were rude
