What really sold me on this four-star spot was how the staff seemed to genuinely know Batumi – not just the touristy bits, but like, where to find the best adjarian wine or which marshrutka to take to the botanical garden without getting fleeced.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a European hotel, and they’ve managed to blend modern amenities with these subtle nods to Georgian design. The bathroom actually has proper water pressure (trust me, this matters when you’ve been walking around the old town all day), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine taking off. I stayed on the fourth floor facing the street, and honestly, even with the windows open, it wasn’t too noisy – though if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe request a back-facing room. The breakfast spread is where this place really shines, though. They do this mix of international standards and local specialties, and their Georgian cheese selection alone is worth the stay. Plus, the coffee is actually decent, which… well, let’s just say that’s not always a given in this part of the world. The whole place has this comfortable, lived-in feeling that makes it easy to decompress after long days exploring the city, and the lobby bar serves a mean Georgian brandy if you’re into that sort of thing.   I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, everything felt well organized and welcoming. The entire property is kept very clean, including the common areas and the rooms. Breakfast was one of the highlights for me – there was a wide variety of fresh options, and everything tasted great. What really stood out, was the staff. They were always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and help whenever needed. It made the whole experience feel very personal and comfortable.   Rooms were clean and spacious. Swimming pool and spa was also nice. There was a big supermarket next door where you could buy all the necessities.

  Helpful and friendly staff, with an amazing breakfast featuring a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The kids’ area is impressive, equipped with the latest video games and a soft play zone—perfect for families. Housekeeping services were excellent, and the reception team was kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!
  
  What could be improved: Upon arrival, the booked family room was not available, which was disappointing. The hotel initially offered a free upgrade, but unfortunately, the upgraded room was smaller than the original booking. Eventually, they resolved the issue by providing two smaller rooms, which was acceptable. the swimming pool was not clean, which was a letdown.
