My room had this clean, contemporary feel with floor-to-ceiling windows that actually made a difference — the natural light streaming in during the day was incredible. The beds are properly comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathroom setup works well for couples or solo travelers alike. What struck me most was how thoughtfully everything was arranged — there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in, which you don’t always get even at nicer places.

  Была во многих отелях, апартаментах и в Грузии, и в других странах. Так вот, эти апартаменты на 1 месте по удобству, комфорту и чистоте) Вид на море шикарный. Все очень чисто. Есть все необходимое – кондиционер, стиральная машинка, утюг, фен, гели-шампуни. Постельное белье и полотенца белые чистые.
  Соседей не слышно.
  Лифт долго ждать не приходилось, он приезжает в течение нескольких секунд. (читала, что у Орби есть с этим проблемы).
  Уже порекомендовала эти апартаменты знакомым.

  Это комфортное место для остановки во время путешествий. Хозяин всегда на связи, решает быстро любые вопросы. Ключ на стойке регистрации. Все чисто, удобно. Прекрасный вид с балкона. Спасибо!

  Puikiai suderinta viskas iš anksto. Jokių rūpesčių, atvykus ar išvykstant. Vieta nereali! Vaizdas iš balkono užburiantis, pilna to žodžio prasme. Studija pastatyta gražiais patogiais baldais, mini virtuve lėkė yra viskas, ko prireiktų, gaminant, ar tiesiog laiką leidžiant, sėdint balkone. Viskas super!!!

  Прекрасное местоположение! Все что нужно в пешей доступности. Хозяин квартиры всегда радушно отвечал на все наши вопросы. В квартире есть все для удобства: стиральная машина, фен, мини шкаф, комод. На кухне были для готовки все принадлежности: посуда, Сковорода, кастрюля. Если вы рассматриваете проживание на длительный срок то очень даже подходит этот вариант. По мелочи только придется купить мыло, моющее средство для посуды, туалетную бумагу (с самого начала она была но потом мы покупали дополнительно). Так же были принадлежности для душа: полотенца и шампуни. Есть возможность сушить удобно вещи на сушилке и даже есть гладильная доска и утюг. Вид с 26 этажа открывается просто нереальный: горы и море, а вечером как Лас-Вегас🥰
  город просыпается очень поздно (после 10 утра) но рядом есть небольшой круглосуточный магазинчик (пройти 300 м налево).
  Шум моря по утрам это просто сказочно🫶

  Хочется очень порекомендовать данные апартаменты, все что нужно есть в номере, все в хорошем состоянии. Номер чистый, комфортный с прекрасным видом на море, очень удобное расположение, чуть по отдашь от шумной набережной и возле красивого парка. Хочется так же отметить отношение хозяина, при заселении были вопросы с уборкой, все быстро решилось и наилучшим образом. С удовольствием приедем сюда еще раз, потому что очень понравилось

  все чисто и аккуратно, в номере было все необходимое (утюг, фен, стиральная машина, кухонные принадлежности, сушилка и тд). местоположение классное, рядом есть торговый центр Metro City, с балкона открывается шикарный вид на город и на море!
