The elevator situation can get a bit crowded during peak summer months (July and August are absolutely insane in Batumi), but it’s nothing compared to some of the older hotels in the area. Parking is straightforward too, which honestly surprised me given how chaotic traffic gets around the New Boulevard area. The whole complex feels well-managed – you know, the kind of place where things actually work and there’s someone to call if they don’t. It’s perfect if you want that resort-style apartment experience but with easy access to everything Batumi has to offer. Just pack some comfortable walking shoes, because while everything’s accessible, you’ll definitely be doing some exploring on foot to really soak up this wonderfully bizarre seaside city.
