But walking into this place completely changed my perspective on what luxury means in Batumi. This five-star property sits right in the heart of the new city area, and you know what struck me first? The lobby actually smells like expensive marble and fresh flowers, not that generic hotel air freshener most places pump through their vents.

The suites here are genuinely spacious – I’m talking about rooms where you can actually unpack your entire suitcase and still have space to breathe. What I loved most was how the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city’s skyline, and if you’re lucky enough to get a higher floor, you’ll catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Batumi’s tourist areas can get pricey fast. The beds are that perfect firmness where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re drowning in mattress, and the blackout curtains actually work – crucial when you’re dealing with those long Georgian summer days. I mean, the attention to detail is everywhere, from the rainfall showers that have actual water pressure to the fact that they stock the minibar with local Georgian wine instead of overpriced international brands.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned to explore both old and new Batumi without needing taxis everywhere. The Boulevard is about a fifteen-minute walk, and there’s this fantastic little Georgian restaurant called Adjarian House just two blocks away that most tourists never find. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer months – the hotel has spaces but they fill up fast, so I’d recommend mentioning you need one when you book. The staff here actually knows their stuff too, not just the scripted responses you get at chain hotels. When I mentioned wanting to visit the cable car, the front desk guy told me exactly which time to go to avoid the crowds and even drew me a little map of the best photo spots. Sure, the area can get a bit noisy on weekend evenings with all the new development happening nearby, but honestly, that’s just Batumi being Batumi – a city that’s growing and changing every year. For the price point and the genuine luxury experience, this place delivers on its promises without the pretentious attitude you sometimes get at high-end hotels.

  i would happily book orbi city again .hotel is in a prime location in b close to everything and served as a great base for my vacation. the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. having a parking space included was also super helpful although i must say i am new to high rise parlinh structures and found the corners

  Beautiful apartment with a fantastic (and very big!) Balcony and a nice sea view from it. decor as pictured. The location is superb – in the heart of batumi. The Reception staff was very responsive and the building accommodated a very late check in with no problems. (There is 24/7 reception). Highly recommended.

  Fanastic apartment. Great sea view, new and clean inside. Building has every amenity you could want, gym, pool, etc.
  Check-in was very smooth and parking helped a lot (just know parking is on 361th floor so takes some time to get up there but that's common in amazing . Location-wise very convenient as well.

  The Hotel was absolutely beautiful! The room was so clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything you would need and loved that the apartment had a washer and dryer! The bed was comfy and loved that we had extra pillows and blankets. The balcony was truly amazing and the best part of the home! The view is incredible. This is one of the best experiences I have had with booking and I would book again.

  Loved my stay here. The place was very cute, cozy, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location was amazing, just a quick walk to the beach with lots of excellent and convenient food spots nearby. The room looked exactly like the pictures and felt really comfortable. LEVAN and GIORGI were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was also perfect that I could leave my bags after checkout and still go out freely before my late flight. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely visit again.
