Panorama sea view Central Hotel Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Panorama sea view Central Hotel, I rolled my eyes a little. It sounds like someone just threw together every hotel buzzword they could think of. But you know what? Sometimes these places actually deliver on their overly descriptive names, and this five-star spot in Batumi is one of those pleasant surprises.
The thing about staying on Ximshiashvili street is that you’re genuinely in the heart of everything without being stuck in tourist trap central. I mean, you can walk to the Boulevard in about three minutes – that’s Batumi’s famous waterfront promenade where everyone goes to see and be seen – but you’re also close enough to the old town that you can actually grab decent khachapuri without paying resort prices. The sea views they promise? Yeah, they’re legitimate, especially if you snag a room on the higher floors. I watched the sunrise over the Black Sea from my balcony with my morning coffee, and honestly, it’s one of those moments that makes you forget about your credit card statement for a minute.
What really got me though was how the staff seemed to actually know the city. The guy at reception (I think his name was Giorgi?) didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map – he marked up specific spots where locals eat and told me which marshrutka routes would get me to the cable car without the usual tourist runaround. The rooms themselves are properly done up, not just Instagram-pretty but actually comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that work, and the AC doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. Small things, but you know how it is when you’re trying to sleep off a long travel day. The only minor gripe I had was that the elevator gets pretty busy around breakfast time – everyone’s trying to get down to the restaurant at once – but that’s more of a “successful hotel problem” than a real issue. If you’re coming during summer season, definitely book ahead because this place fills up with both international visitors and Georgians from Tbilisi who know a good thing when they see it.
Apartments in Batumi provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Georgian markets and experience daily life in historic seaside neighborhoods.

Ivans apartment is the best, comfortable in all directions, and most importantly, a unique blend of old atmospheric surroundings and modern technology., if you want to feel the emotion of the real Batumi and enjoy the beauty of the interior, modern bath and kitchen installations to visit this beautiful place. If possible, I'd love to live in this serviced apartment if possible.
