The rooms are spacious, and honestly, the view from the higher floors is something else entirely. You can see the Black Sea stretching out forever, and if you’re lucky enough to get a corner room, you’ll catch both the coastline and the city’s dramatic skyline. The beds are properly comfortable too – none of that rock-hard nonsense you sometimes get in fancy hotels trying to be “European.”

Here’s what I really appreciated though: the location is actually perfect without being right in the chaos of the main tourist strip. Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is quiet enough that you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3am (trust me, this matters in Batumi), but you’re still just a ten-minute walk to the Boulevard and all the waterfront action. The hotel arranged airport pickup for a reasonable price, which saved me the hassle of figuring out Georgian taxi negotiations after a long flight. Oh, and the breakfast – well, it’s a proper spread with both international stuff and Georgian specialties. I actually discovered khachapuri there, which became my obsession for the rest of the trip. The service throughout was consistently excellent, though I did notice they get pretty busy during August when all the regional tourists descend on the city. If you’re planning a visit then, book early and maybe expect slightly longer waits at the restaurant. But honestly, with a 9.2 rating, this place has earned its reputation. It’s the kind of hotel where you can actually relax and feel taken care of, rather than constantly worrying about whether you’re getting your money’s worth.

  Very clean and quite. The location to the beach is super. Everything was perfect, the view is super amazing, you can see the whole beach from upstairs.
