The kitchenettes are properly equipped (they’ve got real knives, not those useless plastic things), which is perfect if you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the local spots and eat it while watching the Black Sea from your balcony. Speaking of the view, well… some rooms face the sea, others face the city, so definitely ask when you’re booking if that matters to you. The staff was pretty upfront about which rooms had which views, which I appreciated.

You know what surprised me most? The building itself is part of this newer development area that’s sort of becoming Batumi’s modern district – it’s got this sleek, contemporary vibe that’s completely different from the old town’s Soviet-era charm. The pool area on the roof is where you’ll probably end up spending your evenings, especially during summer when the city gets pretty warm. It’s not huge, but it’s never felt crowded when I’ve been there, probably because most guests are out exploring during the day. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can be a nightmare in this city during high season. The check-in process was smooth – they speak decent English, which isn’t always a given in this part of Georgia, though the younger staff members are definitely more comfortable with it than the older ones. One small thing that bugged me was the elevator can be slow during busy periods, but that’s pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend booking directly with them rather than through third parties – they seem to take better care of direct bookings, and you’ll probably get a better room assignment.

  What could be improved: Check-in was supposed to be available from 11:00 AM. We arrived at 12:00 PM, but our room was still not ready, and we had to wait outside for an hour and a half. After that, they moved us to another block. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets didn’t feel fresh — there were even stains on them. The door lock was broken, though someone came quickly to fix it after we called. The washing machine was also broken. We were told a technician would come the next day, but nobody ever showed up, and they stopped responding to our calls and messages. There wasn’t even a broom provided to clean the floor ourselves. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the apartment.

  The apartment is near to the sea. It has bathroom, freezer, washing machine, balcony. Event at lower floor you can see the see and views are beautiful. Quite practical for solo travelers, couples or friends.
  
  What could be improved: I dislike that the balcony door was not able to close normally you had to shut it aggressively. There is new Block built outdoor so there is noise always. The Wi-Fi had no internet so the TV was not available as well.

I stayed for 3 nights, had electricity issue, cleanliness issue, . nobody bothered to pick up my phone. The owner and managers are pathetic. RUDE Check out staff who shouts on you and opens room without ur oermission.. Highly unprofessional group of people.

  Location was good. Big size room.
  Fridge/freezer and washing machine in the room + kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: Host was not prompt on replying to the whatsapp messages.
  Lady at check in was rude and uninterested, lacked basic etiquette.
  Room required maintenance. Small things broken, eg. wardrobes were chipped. Air conditioner looked filthy, bathroom needed cleaning – seemed like had not been cleaned in days. Shower area was wet when we got there.

  Of course, the view and price were good, it was nice to have a washing machine, microwave oven and stove for cooking.
  
  What could be improved: It was definitely not hygienic, the bed linens were not clean, the toilet and bathroom cleaning was not sufficient and the towels were not clean, I wish there was a service with interim cleaning, other than these we were satisfied but I cannot say the same for hygiene.
