You know what caught me off guard about Batumi – Premium Studio? The location is actually perfect if you want to experience real Batumi without being stuck in the tourist bubble down by the waterfront. I mean, don’t get me wrong – the sea is literally a ten-minute walk away, but Sherif Khimshiashvili Street has this authentic Georgian neighborhood vibe that most visitors completely miss.

The studio itself feels way more spacious than you’d expect from the name. Honestly, when I first walked in, I was impressed by how they’d maximized every square meter without making it feel cramped or overly designed. The kitchen setup is actually functional – not just some token mini-fridge situation – which matters if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights or want to grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakery and eat it properly. The building’s got character too, though I’ll be honest, the elevator can be a bit temperamental (nothing dramatic, just… Georgian charm, you know?). What really works about this four-star place is the balance – it’s polished enough that everything functions well, but it doesn’t have that sterile hotel feeling where you’re afraid to actually live in the space.

The neighborhood itself is where this place really shines, actually. You’re walking distance from Batumi Boulevard and all the main attractions, but you’re also right in the middle of where locals actually hang out. There’s this fantastic wine shop two blocks down that the owner recommended, and honestly some of the best Georgian wine I had during my entire trip came from there, not the fancy hotel bars. The street can get a bit lively in the evenings – nothing crazy, but if you’re someone who needs absolute silence, maybe pack earplugs. Parking was surprisingly manageable when I visited in shoulder season, though I imagine summer might be a different story. The 7.8 rating makes sense to me – it’s solidly good without being flawless, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. A place that works well, doesn’t break the bank, and puts you right in the heart of things without all the tourist markup you get closer to the casino district.

  Апартаменты в самом узнаваемом здании Батуми 🇬🇪 прекрасный вид с балкона, особенно ночью когда подсветка! Множество магазинов вокруг.
  
  What could be improved: Очень многолюдно в здании, плохая настройка лифтов, запах канализации в апартаментах, ну и с пятью звёздами вы погорячились🤣

  Остановились в гостиничном комплексе Орби у хозяина Коба, это потрясающе гостеприимный человек. Договорились заранее, и он встретил нас в аэропорту и отвез в наш номер. Здание очень красивое, презентабельное, новое, первая линия моря. Номер чистый, в сине белом цвете, светлый и просторный, с балкона открывается прекрасный вид на море. Телевизор смарт, есть обеденный уголок. Кровать большая и очень удобная. Есть раскидной диванчик, большой холодильник, микроволновка, плита, стиральная машина и даже сейф. В шкафах много посуды. Коба постоянно был на связи, и даже принёс нам завтрак за дополнительную плату, и ещё отвез нас на водопады. Это было незабываемо, обязательно вернемся к Кобе. И только к нему. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!!
