My apartment had these unexpectedly high ceilings and windows that actually open properly – you know what I mean, not those tiny slits that barely let in air. The kitchen was fully equipped, which saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Batumi can really add up, especially if you’re staying more than a few days. I mean, the local khachapuri is incredible, but even I have my limits.

The location really grew on me the longer I stayed. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk to the main tourist strip with all the casinos and restaurants, but the neighborhood around Sherif Khimshiashvili has this authentic residential feel where you’ll see Georgian families going about their daily lives. There’s a small grocery store literally two minutes away where the owner (who speaks decent English, thankfully) helped me figure out Georgian wine labels. The staff at NG Premium were genuinely helpful without being pushy – they gave me actual local recommendations instead of just pointing toward the obvious tourist spots. One thing I appreciated was how quiet it gets at night; the street isn’t a main thoroughfare, so you don’t get constant traffic noise. Though I should mention the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty during peak hours, which might matter if you’re trying to work remotely. The building’s entrance feels secure, and check-in was straightforward even though I arrived pretty late after a delayed flight from Tbilisi. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and start feeling like a temporary local rather than just another tourist passing through – which, let’s be honest, is exactly what you want when you’re spending time in a city as layered and interesting as Batumi.

  Malkhaz made us feel so welcome, got us an upgrade to a bigger room which was so kind of him, we loved being on the 29th floor with breathtaking views over the sea and the sunset, it was magical.
  The apartment was very clean and tidy, the bed was huge and so comfortable, honestly everything was great!
  
  What could be improved: We thought the building was closer to the old town, however it's just a quick ride away if you don't want to walk 30 minutes, so in the end it's okay, and you can walk the long promenade with all its attractions

  We stayed at NG Premium Apartments in Alliance Palace from May 28 to 31 as a group of three people and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was on the 6th floor — clean, comfortable, and with a nice view. It had balconies, and the bathroom and toilet facilities were in excellent condition. The host was very friendly and also spoke Russian, which made things easier. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!

  Cosy and spacious apartment. The bed was very comfortable which is rare in Batumi. We stayed only for 1 night, but this apartment would be very comfortable if you come for a week or even more.

  Good restaurant downstairs which was fully occupied, but this didn’t affect the quality of service.

  nice very new apartment in city centre near the sea, location one of the best in batumi, in the building good infrastructure, has swiming pool, spa, aqua zone, security 24 hour, really recommend.
