You know what surprised me most about Apartment Sea Avenue? It’s right on Rustaveli Avenue – and I mean right on it – but somehow the apartment stays remarkably quiet. I was honestly expecting street noise all night since Rustaveli is basically the main drag in Batumi, but the windows must be decent quality because I slept like a baby.

The location is actually pretty perfect if you think about it. You’re literally steps from everything that matters in the city center, but you’re staying in what feels like a local’s apartment rather than some generic hotel room. The building itself is one of those Soviet-era structures that’s been renovated – nothing fancy from the outside, but apartment 9 on the upper floors has this surprisingly modern feel once you’re inside. I mean, it’s definitely earned its four-star rating, though it feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed place than a formal hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped (I actually cooked breakfast a couple mornings), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.

What I really appreciated was how close everything was on foot. The beach is maybe a ten-minute walk if you’re taking your time, and you’ll pass half the good restaurants in Batumi on your way there. The botanical garden entrance is close enough that I found myself going there twice – once for the proper visit and another time just to escape the afternoon heat. Honestly, the apartment works great as a base for exploring because you can duck back easily if you need to grab something or take a break from the tourist crowds. The building has that lived-in feel where you’ll see actual residents coming and going, which I kind of liked – it felt more authentic than being stuck in some tourist bubble. Parking was trickier than I expected (street parking fills up fast during summer), but there are paid lots within a couple blocks if you’re driving. The 9.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable, clean, and the location really can’t be beat for the price point.

  Квартира в сердце Батуми, есть все удобства (единственно – не было микроволновки). Квартира большая, чистая, 7 спальных мест. Есть балкон с уличной мебелью и хорошим видом. Рядом магазины, кафе. Пляж очень близко, идти 5 минут. Парковки собственной нет, только общественная на улице, а с этим в Батуми проблемы. Под окнами паркуют машины по знаком эвакуатора и в 2 часа ночи приезжает эвакуатор и эвакуирует машины. Так что аккуратно с парковкой. Квартира чистая.

  Просторная квартира в самом центре Батуми, есть все удобства, все, что заявлено в описании. До моря минут 7, в доме есть магазин, очень удобно!
