The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is pretty brilliant if you ask me. You’re basically a five-minute walk from the beach, but far enough back that you don’t get hit with all that seafront chaos – no loud music pumping from beach bars until 3 AM or the constant stream of tourists trudging past your window with wet flip-flops. I spent most evenings on the balcony (and trust me, you’ll want to request a room with one) watching the sun set over the Black Sea while the city sort of hummed quietly below. The building itself is one of those modern glass towers, so the views are actually spectacular from the higher floors. For a three-star place, the apartments are surprisingly well-equipped – full kitchens with decent appliances, washing machines that actually work, and WiFi that doesn’t cut out every time someone in the next unit starts streaming Netflix.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to get that most guests here are either longer-term visitors or people who want that local living experience rather than the full-service hotel treatment. They’re helpful when you need them but don’t hover around trying to upsell you on tours or restaurant recommendations every five minutes. The neighborhood itself has this great mix of local Georgian families and international residents, so you’ll find proper grocery stores within walking distance (there’s a Carrefour about three blocks away), plus some genuinely good family-run restaurants that haven’t been completely touristified yet. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during summer months – the building has spaces but they fill up quick, and street parking around here gets competitive when the Russian tourists arrive in July and August. One small thing that bugged me initially was the elevator situation during peak times; with so many residential units in these towers, you sometimes wait a few extra minutes, but honestly, after a day or two you just plan for it. The 9.2 rating these apartments have been getting makes total sense once you settle in – it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what you want if you’re planning to actually experience Batumi rather than just pass through it.

  Для меня это было идеальное расположение, рядом мой любимый пляж с сапами. Хозяин просто невероятный человек! Забронировал квартиру на 8 этаже, но он мне посоветовал взять 38 этаж, что я и сделал и не прогадал. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Лично я проблем с лифтами не испытывал. Восторг! Рекомендую!

  The view drom the apartment is amazing. Price/quality ratio makes it probably he Best place to stay. Everything was clean and tidy. All the necessary equipment was there. Highly recommend.
