You know what caught me off guard about Swimming Paradise Apartments? The name actually makes sense once you’re there – and I mean that in the best way possible. I’ve stayed at plenty of places with grandiose names that fall flat, but this four-star spot on Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street really does feel like a little aquatic haven tucked into Batumi‘s residential area.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience the city like someone who actually lives there, rather than just bouncing between tourist traps. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk from the main boulevard and the beach – close enough that you’ll definitely make the trip, but far enough that you escape the constant hum of traffic and late-night revelers. The building itself has this modern, clean-lined look that fits right into the neighborhood without trying too hard to stand out. I appreciated that the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no endless paperwork or pushy upselling, just friendly staff who seemed genuinely interested in making sure you knew where the good khachapuri spots were nearby.

What really won me over, though, was how thoughtfully everything was designed. The apartments (and yes, they’re proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette shoved in the corner) have these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, and honestly, waking up there feels pretty spectacular. The swimming facilities live up to the name – there’s an indoor pool that stays surprisingly uncrowded even during peak season, plus this outdoor area that becomes absolutely magical in the evenings when the lighting kicks in. I’m usually skeptical of hotel pools, but I actually found myself spending time there instead of just snapping a quick photo for Instagram. The kitchen setup is another win – full-sized appliances, decent cookware, enough counter space to actually prepare a meal if you’re tired of restaurant food. And speaking of practicalities, parking is included and actually exists (which, if you’ve driven around Batumi, you know is not a given). The Wi-Fi works throughout the building, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing, and the water pressure is consistently strong. These might seem like small things, but they’re exactly the details that make or break a stay when you’re settling in for more than just a night or two.

  Хорошие апартаменты, брали из-за бассейна, бассейн включен в стоимость, завтрак крошечный, по сути он и не нужен был нам, но входил в стоимость (порционно на каждого – омлет/каша, две печенки и пакетик кофе 3в1. Море видно, стиральная машина работает. На территории есть два ресторана (не ели там), два магазина. До набережной близко, на набережной есть прогулочный парк, хорошо с коляской, например, или самокатом гулять.
  
  What could be improved: Нужно почистить бассейн (но это претензия не к хозяину апартаментов, а всего комплекса). Там на дне полно волос.

  Приехали — встретили нас очень тепло и дружелюбно. Квартира оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото — очень чистая, уютная и красивая. Завтраки были вкусные, всё свежее. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — он заранее отправил полезные рекомендации, благодаря которым мы классно провели время в Батуми. Всё было чётко организовано, без малейших проблем. Остались только положительные впечатления. Рекомендуем от души!
