When I first walked into Batumi Heaven, I’ll be honest — the name had me a bit skeptical, but this four-star apartment hotel on the 10th floor actually delivers on that promise. The elevator ride up gives you a hint of what’s coming, and once you step out, the views over Batumi are pretty spectacular. You know what really caught me off guard? How quiet it is up there, considering you’re right in the heart of the city on Tbel-Abuseridze Street.

The Space and Setup

The room itself feels more like a proper apartment than your typical hotel setup — there’s a full kitchen that’s actually functional (not one of those tiny hotel kitchenettes that can barely handle instant coffee). I mean, you could genuinely cook a proper meal here if you wanted to skip the restaurants for a night. The layout is smart too, with enough space that you don’t feel like you’re tripping over your luggage every five minutes. The whole place has this modern, clean vibe without being sterile or impersonal.

Location Perks

Here’s where this place really shines — the location is honestly fantastic. Recent guests have been rating it 9.5 out of 10, and I can see why. You’re walking distance from Batumi Boulevard and the beach, but also close enough to the old town that you can explore both sides of the city easily. What’s even better is the free private parking, which is actually a big deal in Batumi — trust me, you’ll appreciate not having to circle the block looking for a spot or worry about parking fees adding up.

The Batumi Experience

From up on the 10th floor, you get this great perspective of how Batumi works as a city. During the day, you can watch the mix of old Soviet architecture and new glass towers, and at night, the city lights reflect off the Black Sea in a way that’s genuinely beautiful. The apartment gets great natural light too, which makes those Georgian mountain mornings feel pretty special. It’s the kind of place where you might find yourself just hanging out by the windows with your coffee, watching the city wake up.

Couples seem to particularly love this spot — and honestly, I get it. There’s something romantic about having your own space high above the city, plus the privacy that comes with an apartment-style setup rather than a traditional hotel corridor situation. The combination of being centrally located but feeling removed from the hustle creates this perfect balance. You’re close enough to walk to dinner at one of Batumi’s great seafood places, but far enough up that you can escape the street noise when you want to relax. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.

  What could be improved: В квартире нет ни одного шифонера, все вещи лежали в открытом чемодане, а это очень не удобно….ящики тумбочки под телевизор шифонер заменить не могут….Также неудобства достачляло отсутствие микроволновки. Заявлено наличие банно-косметических принадлежностей, но по факту было только жидкое мыло…. в здании очень капризный лифт…

  Описание соответствует действительности. Раскладной диван в гостиной прожжён вероятно сигаретами. Для большей компании неудобен лифт, который не всегда работает,наличие только лишь одного комплекта ключей существенно усложняет процесс входа/выхода в помещение. Паркинг не предусмотрен, запарковаться временами просто невозможно:(
