I mean, you can grab your morning coffee from one of those little Georgian cafés nearby instead of paying tourist prices down by the waterfront. The building itself is modern, so you don’t have to worry about sketchy elevators or dodgy plumbing that you sometimes get in older Batumi accommodations.

  This nice, clean apartment is located in a new building with high-speed elevators and great views. Quite well equipped with household appliances, dishes, toiletries and a set of slippers. When you go outside you find yourself in the heart of the city with the beach, theater, port, cute old streets. There are many places to shop around, including 24-hour grocery stores.
  
  It was super easy for me to get from the airport by bus and check in on my own even in the evening. At the same time, the hospitable owner online was always aware of the situation, provided me with instructions and made sure that I checked in well and was interested in how my holiday was going. This was a very pleasant communication/
  
  What could be improved: Very soft mattresses. If you like soft mattresses, you will probably like it, but my back suffered a lot from sleeping.

  Идеально расположенное место в Батуми! Всё пешком, пляж, старый город, променад. Апартаменты, постельное белье, посуда чистые! Айк на связи кажется 24/7, спасибо за это, как к родственниками приехали)) Мы были семьёй, с шестилеткой, до детского пляжа 5 минут пешком. Всё очень понравилось, советую однозначно, своих денег точно стоит!

  Hervorragende Ferienwohnung in Batumi – perfekte Lage am Meer
  
  Lage: Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Batumi und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Kurze Wege zum Hafen, zur Strandpromenade und zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
  Umgebung: Sehr schöne Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Spazierwegen direkt vor der Tür. Man kann bequem die Altstadt erkunden und anschließend entspannt am Meer entlang flanieren.
  Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war komplett und modern – alles war gepflegt und sauber. Gute Küchenausstattung, ausreichend Stauraum, funktionierende Elektronik.
  Sauberkeit: Sehr saubere Unterkunft bei Ankunft; Reinigung während des Aufenthalts war problemlos möglich. Bad und Küche waren gründlich gereinigt.
  Komfort: Komfortable Betten, angenehme Raumtemperatur und ruhige Umgebung für eine erholsame Nacht. Gute Belüftung und geringe Lärmbelastung. Im Zimmer war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, die für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt hat.
  Gastgeber: Aik ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Er hat uns die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt und stand als zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
  Kommunikation: Schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts. Antworten kamen zügig und hilfreich.
  Check-in/Check-out: Reibungsloser Ablauf, klare Anweisungen und flexible Handhabung bei der An- und Abreise. Ein schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in war möglich.
  Preis-Leistung: Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Batumi, absolut empfehlenswert. Angemessene Preise für Lage, Ausstattung und Service.Gesamteindruck: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.   Понравилось все, комфорт, удобства, чистота, порядок, вид из окна, все, что надо для "быта", было под рукой, ничего не заедало, все функционировало, даже порошок стиральный был. Мелочь, а приятно. Изумительный вид с площадки последнего этажа на город.
  
  What could be improved: Единственно, что не очень удобно, так это очень мягкие матрасы. Как в гамаке. Хорошо бы они были пожестче.

  Great hospitality by host. Of course apartment itself is super excellent in facility, equipment, location and more as other reviews commented, but still I would like to say her kindness and attentiveness to guest, ex as to my request to leave the baggages before check-in and after check-out.
  At kitchen so beautiful and high quality plates are stocked a lot far beyond the average apartment level.
  If you are looking for tower apartment this would be best option I think from its closeness to tourists destinations, easiness to find and reasonable price.
