The rooms themselves are spacious by Batumi standards (trust me, I’ve stayed in some shoebox-sized places here), and honestly, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Georgia. There’s something about the way they’ve balanced modern amenities with local touches – like the bathroom fixtures that reference traditional Georgian metalwork without being kitschy about it.

The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili puts you in this sweet spot where you can easily walk to the Old Town’s cobblestone streets and those amazing wine bars, but you’re also close enough to the newer waterfront developments if that’s more your scene. I actually found myself using the hotel as a perfect base for day trips too – getting to the botanical garden or even up to the Adjara mountains is surprisingly straightforward from here. One small thing that might matter to some travelers: parking can be a bit tight during peak summer months, but the hotel staff was pretty resourceful in finding solutions.   • 床上用品问题：床垫可能很久没有深度清洁，睡在床上感觉身上很痒，像是有螨虫，严重影响睡眠质量。
  • 入住流程繁琐：需要等待管理人员到场才能办理入住，不如酒店前台直接办理方便。

  Перебування в цьому готелі нам дуже сподобалось! В номері було чисто і було все для комфортного перебування. Власники готелю були завжди на зв’язку. Дякуємо, обовʼязково повернемося до вас знову ☺️

  What could be improved: The bed was very hard, you can’t sleep there. The next day we had back pain. We booked for 2 nights and we left the same day.
  There was not even 1 water in the room, and only half toilet paper . I know it’s apartment but not 5 star. Maybe the ranking is according to Batumi or between the apartments but 5 star is Hilton, 5 star is La Meridien, 5 star is Courtyard by Marriot not this room.
