The thing about this hotel – and I’ve stayed in quite a few along Georgia’s coast – is that it manages to feel both luxurious and relaxed at the same time. The rooms are genuinely spacious (not just hotel-brochure spacious), with these floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea perfectly. I actually spent way too much time just watching the fishing boats head out in the early morning. The bathrooms are marble-heavy, sure, but they’ve got heated floors which you’ll appreciate more than you think, especially if you’re visiting during Batumi’s surprisingly cool spring months.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living there for a few days. The soundproofing is excellent – important because Batumi can get pretty lively, especially during summer festival season. The staff genuinely knows the area well; when I asked about getting to the botanical gardens, they didn’t just point me toward a taxi but explained which marshrutka route would give me the best coastal views on the way there. The rooftop area (and honestly, every decent hotel in Batumi should have one) gives you this panoramic view that stretches from the port all the way to the mountains on clear days.

Here’s something I really appreciated – the location puts you close enough to walk to the old town and the famous dancing fountains, but you’re not dealing with the noise and crowds that come with staying right in the thick of things. It’s maybe a fifteen-minute stroll to Piazza Square, which means you can easily explore but also retreat when you want some peace. The beach access is direct, though like most of Batumi’s coast, it’s more pebbles than sand – just so you know what you’re getting into. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Georgian cities will tell you is not always a given.

  Хорошие уютные апартаменты, есть все необходимое для проживания 3х человек, были с ребёнком, с парковкой проблем не было, заселение чёткое и быстрое, рядом продуктовые магазины.
  
  What could be improved: Нужно в душе повесить шторку или сделать стекло, вода разбрызыгивается по ванной комнате где есть отдельный слив, но это в какой-то мере + чем минус, как кому.
