The apartments themselves are spacious enough that you won’t feel cramped even if you’re staying for a week or two, and having a proper kitchen means you can hit up the local markets and actually cook with those incredible Georgian ingredients instead of eating out every meal.

What really surprised me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re still pretty central. The building has this solid, no-nonsense feel to it – not fancy, but everything works the way it should. The Wi-Fi is actually reliable (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given in this part of the world), and the hot water pressure is better than some four-star places I’ve stayed at. The staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re settled in properly, though don’t expect them to hover around you constantly – they’ll help when you need it and leave you alone when you don’t. During summer months it can get a bit warm in the afternoons since the sea breeze doesn’t quite reach this street the same way, but that’s what the air conditioning is for. I actually loved being able to walk to the old town in about ten minutes, grab some khachapuri from one of the hole-in-the-wall places locals actually go to, and then retreat back to a proper home base where I could spread out my stuff and not live out of a suitcase.

  Очень комфортные апартаменты с красивым видом. Понравилось проводить время на балконе. Все чисто, ютно, новая мебль, есть все необходимое для долгого проживания (утюг, фен, стиральная машина, плита, посуда). Хозяин встретил, все показал, всегда был на связи.
