The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, which explains that 9.4 rating they’ve managed to maintain. I mean, you don’t hit numbers like that by accident in a city where tourists have plenty of options.

Here’s the practical stuff that matters – parking can be a bit of an adventure (welcome to Batumi), but there’s usually something available if you’re patient. The apartments come with proper balconies where you can actually sit with your morning coffee and watch the city wake up, which beats staring at a wall any day. The neighborhood has this great mix of local life and tourist-friendly spots, so you’ll find both the corner bakery where babushkas buy their daily bread and the trendy café that serves decent cappuccinos. Check-in was surprisingly smooth – no standing around for twenty minutes while they figure out their computer system. And honestly, for what you’re paying, especially compared to some of the overpriced places closer to the beach, this feels like you’re getting actual value rather than just paying for location. The building’s pretty well-maintained too, which isn’t always a given with apartment-hotels. You can tell they’re putting effort into keeping standards up rather than just coasting on decent reviews.

  This is not "Skyland" Or how owner calls this property. This is one of Orbi towers with their crowded elevators and endless Corridor without ventiltion. Didnt check in.

  Все отлично. В Орбите останавливаемся уже не первый раз и не первый год. Это самые чистые и оборудованные апартаменты из всех в которых мы тут останавливались. Есть даже две кофемашины, очень много посуды, моющие средства ну и конечно мебель вся новая , диваны новые и как на фото. Белье белоснежное , подушки отличные. Отдельное спасибо Карине, встретила нас, все объяснила, только из за нее в следующий раз опять к вам приедем. Это редкость когда так с душой встречают.
  Мы пока тут еще проживаем. Но всем советуем, и цена самая адекватная была.
