What I really appreciate about staying here is how it puts you right in the middle of authentic Batumi life – you’ll hear vendors calling out their wares in the morning, catch the smell of fresh khachapuri drifting up from street-level bakeries, and honestly, you’re close enough to walk pretty much anywhere worth going. The Old Boulevard is maybe a ten-minute stroll, and you can actually see the Ferris wheel from some of the windows if you crane your neck just right. The building itself has that Soviet-era solidity to it (you know, those thick walls that actually keep noise out), but the apartment has been updated in all the ways that matter. The kitchen‘s got everything you need if you want to grab some produce from the local market – and trust me, the tomatoes here in summer are worth the trip alone.

I’ll be straight with you though – the elevator can be a bit temperamental, especially during the evening rush when everyone’s coming home from work, but honestly? After a day of wandering around Batumi’s cobblestone streets, I was usually grateful for any excuse to take things slow. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel experience, which is either exactly what you want or completely not, depending on your travel style. There’s something genuinely refreshing about having your own key, making coffee in an actual kitchen, and not dealing with lobby small talk when you just want to crash after a long day exploring the coast. Plus – and this might sound weird – but the building’s got this particular character where you’ll nod at the same neighbors every morning, and by day three, the older Georgian woman from down the hall will probably try to feed you something delicious whether you speak the language or not.

  What could be improved: The building in the 6th floor and no lift available it's do difficult for family and more things the deal of owner not nice I asked him to provide me by cable for electricity he promised me tomorrow and until I left not pring even he he call me last day and asked me to leave the apartment soon because have another guest. And he shouted with me .
  The bed was too tight, and the other bed for children was not comfortable. No shambo and no enough towels and no soap to clean dishes. And most of the building dark no light in the stear

  Хорошее расположение в самом центре, чистая квартира, есть все необходимое.
  
  What could be improved: В букинке написано, что заселение с 12 часов, мы хотели заселиться в 13,но сначала мы долго не могли связаться с объектом, по телефону, указанному в букинге, отвечает не хозяин. Потом нам сказали, что квартира ещё не убрана, нужно ждать, в итоге заселили около 15 часов. Конечно, обычно примерно в это время и происходит заселение, но хотелось бы, чтобы в объявлении была корректная информация.

  Отличная локация и приветливый хозяин. Квартира аккуратная, прекрасный вид из окна. Чисто и много света
  
  What could be improved: Очень маленькая кровать, напор горячей воды минимальный и всегда были перебои с горячей водой. Кондиционер только в зале, шестой этаж без лифта, не было одеял или чего-то чтобы укрыться.
