  The location was great, next to the sea beach, lake, restaurants and main beach attractions. The Sea view was great from the balcony of the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Very huge building with like a thousand of apartments, too crowded that cause waiting for elevator in average of 10 min each direction. Very noisy place as most of the parties are at the beach. The reception was in different building , no answers were received by Watsap so needed each time to go to the another building for requests and questions.
  The breakfast was not delivered as needed twice while our stay.
  The curtains were turn in the apartment- properly was not maintained properly.

  The location was good
  The room was clean but only 1 king bed was available for four people and a sofa bed which wasn't comfortable
  
  What could be improved: The host did not answer me for 3 nights.
  The last day we didn't have breakfast and couldn't tell anyone because the jost did not answer.
  We payed for 3 days of breakfast but didn't receive it the last day.
  Our room got dirty and no one could help us and it was their fault.
  We booked another orbi residence but we cancelled it since in this resistance the picture showed swimming pool and water park in the hotel as well but after we got there and payed they informed us that it had extra charge. If it wasn't the facility of the hotel they shouldn't even put it in the facility and the pictures as well.
  It was soooo crowded and a lot of people was staying at the hotel.
  They didn't have any shower necessities just shampoo.
  The bathroom didn't even have any tissue so we needed to purchase it ourselves.

  Near the beach, clean.
  
  What could be improved: Large tower with 50+ floors, and only six elevators, long wait for elevator, very crowded reception, the building surrounding is still under construction and very noisy thru the day. Also, be carefull becouse alot of agencies are renting their nit the hotel management it self, so you will have to deal with strange people with no documents or reciets to proof any thing. Very rude staff. The hotel management doen't alot of rooms.

  What could be improved: The location is great, but parking is a big problem. They said there was parking, but it was very difficult to find a spot. On the first day, I had to pay an unofficial person. This was unacceptable.
  The room was missing kitchen utensils. There were no forks, knives, spoons, salt, etc.

  What could be improved: We waited for elevator for 30 minutes, and just took the stairs.
  No one answer us on the reception when we called, and when we went to the reception they didn't want to give us even toilet roll .

  What could be improved: Very few elevators for a huge building..it took around 15 to 20 minutes to get the elevator. Check in not smooth. Had to go to the other side of the building to get the card for the apartment. I mean the otherside like walk outside 5 min then again wait for the elevators!
