  Расположение. Близко от набережной, но чуть в отделении от вечернего шума на ней. Магазины близко. Хорошая кофейня и пара неплохих кафе и ресторанов. До старого города километра три, можно прогуляться пешком. От аэропорта минут 12 на такси (bolt приезжает быстро). Высокий этаж, много лифтов. Отдельное спасибо за бутылки воды от хозяина.
  
  What could be improved: В этом районе уже сильно заметно расслоение. Дом новый, но в окружении хрущёвок и брежневок, которые местные жители превратили в своего рода фавелы. Но злых людей нет. Безопасно. Просто местный колорит.
  
  Балкон общий с соседями.
  
  Не хватало большого зеркала, вешалок-плечиков в шкафу, рожков для обуви. Нет привычных отельных принадлежностей: умывальных, тапок и тд.
  
  Не хватало тарелок разного вида: просто глубоких и для салата.
