Honestly, when I first walked into Luxury Studio with Ocean View on the 22nd floor of that sleek building on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, I wasn’t expecting much – I mean, how many times have we all been burned by places that promise ocean views and deliver a sliver of blue between two concrete towers? But this four-star spot actually delivers, and then some.

The elevator ride up gives you a moment to wonder what you’ve gotten yourself into, but once those doors open and you step into the studio, the floor-to-ceiling windows just smack you with this incredible panorama of the Black Sea stretching endlessly toward Turkey. You know what really got me though? It’s not just the view during the day – which is stunning, don’t get me wrong – it’s how the whole space transforms at sunset. The light bounces off the water and floods the room with this golden glow that makes even the most jaded traveler grab their phone for photos. The studio itself is smartly designed, with everything you need without feeling cramped, and the bed faces those windows so you wake up to waves instead of an alarm clock.

What I love about staying here in Batumi is that you’re right in the heart of everything but somehow removed from the chaos twenty-two floors below. The boulevard with all its cafés and that famous alphabet tower is just a short walk away, but up here it’s surprisingly quiet – well, except for the occasional helicopter tour, but that’s pretty rare. The building’s got decent security and the elevator actually works reliably (trust me, this matters more than you think in Georgia), plus there’s usually parking available on the street, which is honestly a small miracle in this part of town. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because leaving that view felt criminal, and the host was super accommodating about it. The kitchenette is functional enough for morning coffee and simple meals, though honestly, with all the incredible Georgian food just downstairs, you might find yourself eating out more than planned. If you’re visiting during summer, just know that this place books up fast – the combination of that killer view and the reasonable price point makes it pretty popular with travelers who’ve done their homework.

  Все было просто супер. Чисто, уютно, хороший вид. Хозяин прекрасно говорит по-английски, всегда на связи. Я приехал случайно на день раньше, апартаменты были свободны, мне позволили изменить даты пребывание без доплаты, огромное за жто спасибо! Соотношение цена/качество на высшем уровне.
  
  What could be improved: Лифты. Долгое ожидание. Это проблема всего комплекса Orbi. Но в замен на это вы получаете шикарный вид из окна.

  Все отлично, уютно, комфортно, чисто. Не смотря на мои опасения по поводу звукоизоляции, было очень тихо. Соседей не слышно, хотя за стеной жили достаточно громкие люди, только на балконе их слышала.
  Вид с балкона шикарный, близко к морю. Хозяин на связи всегда, решает любые вопросы.
  Вся необходимая посуда, плита, холодильник, телевизор в наличии)
  А ещё приятно было, что был небольшой набор бытовой химии. Обычно этого не бывает в номерах и приходится каждый раз покупать.

  What could be improved: К сожалению, очень много людей, лифт можно ждать по 10-15 минут. В номере не было штопора, но хозяин очень отзывчивый и милый. Спасибо!

  Все было отлично. Заселились в чистую студию.
  В студии было все для приготовления еды, было постельное белье, полотенца, фен.
  В студии маленький барный холодильник, мы снимали всего 3 дня, но если снимать на дней 7-10, то тяжело будет закупать продукты для готовки.
  А так все было спокойно, хозяин квартиры всегда на связи был.

  Nice and clean place in 22 floor of Orbi A building. Great view to the sea and mountains. Place is 2-3 km from most of the tourist favourite places and town centre. Dancing fountains in front of the building. Really nice place to stay. Bed mattress was very comfortable to sleep. Apartment have all the necessary equipment to cock food at home, but we did not used it for all our six day stay as it is so many places in town with super delicious food with good price. The host is very attentive and super professional, helped to solve issues with reception very quickly, also recommended Tavaduri restaurant was amazing with live music and possibility to dance. Recommending to take some tours as they were amazing.
  
  What could be improved: All Batumi are never ending constructions and never sleeping town. Orbi buildings too flashy for us, so at the times we’re a bit difficult to sleep. Reception also could do better, but it is not at owner responsibility.

  Дуже гарний краєвид та квартира! Прокидатися та засинати з таким видом це одне задоволення. Поруч є все що потрібно як для життя звичайного, так і для туризму.
  Ще великий плюс в тому, що власник квартири швидко відповідає і допомагає з чим може, тому відношення було чудовим.
  Тепер не хочу обирати ніякі готелі, а їхати в Батумі і бронювати саме ці апартаменти😍
