  На кухне было все необходимое для готовки, удобный диван для просмотра телевизора. Отличная ванная комната. Быстрый вай фай. В каждой комнате помимо кровати был еще и шкаф и выход на свой балкончик. Рядом торговый центр с большим продуктовым магазином.

  We spent a lovely weekend in Batumi with the kids and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The flat was spotless, super cozy, and honestly even nicer than it looked in the photos—which was such a nice surprise! The location is perfect, everything you might need is just around the corner. And the host was truly wonderful—so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt really welcomed and comfortable, like a home away from home. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi!

  A wonderful, clean 3-bedroom apartment with two balconies and a living room with a kitchen, allowing you to cook your own meals and enjoy breakfast with your family. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. All necessary dishes and glasses are available. The apartment also has a large bathroom and a washing machine. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the sea and the main promenade, with many shops and restaurants nearby. An ideal place to stay in Batumi.

  Очень хорошая квартира, просторная, современная, оборудована всем необходимым. Всегда горячая вода, удобный санузел, отличная кухня, много посуды. Очень хороший хозяин. Gocha, спасибо за всё! Всегда на связи. Нас было много (трое взрослых и трое детей), но мы не мешали друг другу. Там три спальни и кухня – гостиная. Кровати удобные, постельное бельё приятное, на каждого комплект полотенец. Телевизор смарт. Много каналов с фильмами на русском языке. Также играли в приставку на нём. Море очень близко. Я даже по утрам успевала сбегать лишний раз поплавать пока все спали. Пляж большой и поэтому свободный. На пляже всё продумано, даже теплая вода в душе. Батуми – шикарный современный город с очень дружелюбными людьми. Есть интересные красивые места (мы были в горах у моста Тамары и в крепости, покатались на картингах и на канатной дороге), впечатлений масса. Погода не жаркая, всё время облачка, но море теплейшее. Очень комфортный климат. А воздух просто необыкновенный, и цветы, и хвоя и море, и камни. Какой-то непередаваемый аромат! Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё раз.
