The building itself is part of the newer development wave that’s been transforming this part of the Georgian coast, and honestly, the Orbi complex has this modern energy that feels refreshing without being sterile.

What really struck me about this three-star spot is how it manages to feel like an actual apartment rather than just another hotel room. I mean, you’ve got a proper kitchenette – not one of those tiny coffee-station setups, but an actual functional space where you could make breakfast or heat up some khachapuri you grabbed from the market. The apartment I stayed in had this nice balance of contemporary furnishings with enough character to avoid that cookie-cutter feeling. The windows are decent sized too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to catch those Black Sea breezes. Speaking of location, you’re actually in a pretty sweet spot here – close enough to the action along the boulevard but not right in the thick of where things get crazy during peak summer season.

The whole check-in experience was surprisingly smooth, and the staff genuinely seemed to know their stuff about the area. They pointed me toward some local spots I never would’ve found otherwise, including this tiny café about a ten-minute walk away that does incredible Georgian coffee. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during busy times – it’s not impossible, just requires a little patience and maybe some basic parallel parking skills. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even when the city gets lively. The soundproofing is solid, which is something you don’t always get in newer constructions. The whole Orbi development has this community vibe too – there are other travelers around, but it doesn’t feel like a tourist factory. You’ll run into families, business travelers, people staying for weeks rather than just passing through. Honestly, for the price point and the freedom of having your own space, it’s the kind of place I’d definitely book again when I’m back in Batumi.

  Все понравилось. Хозяин внимательный. Нас встретили на вокзале и довезли до отеля. В номере уютно и есть все необходимое, Хорошее расположение. Наличие стиральной машины и сушилки для белья. Предусмотрены даже такие мелочи, как губка и жидкость для мытья посуды.
