You know what caught me off guard about Apartment Miracle? Walking into flat 803 on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another residential building in Batumi. But this three-star place completely flipped my assumptions – sometimes the best spots are hiding in plain sight, tucked away where only locals seem to know about them.

The thing is, staying here feels less like a hotel and more like crashing at a friend’s incredibly well-organized apartment. I mean, the kitchen actually has everything you need (not those sad hotel kitchenettes with one broken spoon), and the living space is laid out so thoughtfully that you forget you’re eight floors up in what’s essentially someone’s apartment building. The view from up there – well, let’s just say Batumi’s skyline hits different when you’re seeing it from a local perspective rather than from some touristy high-rise. You can actually watch the city wake up in the morning, with people heading to work and the real rhythm of the place unfolding below.

What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night. Sherif Khimshiashvili isn’t one of those main drags where taxis are honking until 3 AM – it’s residential enough that you can actually sleep with the windows cracked open. The building itself is solid (none of that paper-thin wall nonsense), and honestly, the whole setup just works. The host clearly knows what travelers actually need versus what hotels think we want. There’s proper Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, the shower has decent water pressure, and – this might sound silly but it matters – there are enough power outlets in sensible places so you’re not doing yoga poses to charge your phone. I’ve stayed at fancier places that couldn’t nail these basics. Sure, you won’t find a concierge or room service, but when you’re this close to everything that makes Batumi interesting, who needs it? Sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that just get the fundamentals right without all the fuss.

  Понравилось все, очень приятная хозяйка апартаментов Алёна. Спасибо огромное ей, она единственная написала и уточнила за бронь по ватцапу, было очень приятно,тем более, что мы с семьёй путешествуем в первые за границей. В апартаментах все есть необходимое, хозяйка всегда на связи, если что-то будет нужно. Ну а балкон и вид с него просто потрясающий.

  Очень понравилось расположение апартаментов. И, просто завораживающий вид с балкона. Чудесная хозяйка Алена! Спасибо ей большое за радушный прием!
  Я бы добавила еще микроволновку и какое-нибудь удобное кресло на балкон, чтобы можно было долго сидеть и любоваться видом. Хотя и без всего этого отдых получился просто замечательным!

  Квартира очень хорошая! Чистая, уютная, без лишних запахов, вся бытовая техника и сантехника в рабочем состоянии. Тишина, соседей не слышно. Самое шикарное в квартире это большая лоджия и вид из квартиры!! Все наши завтраки и ужины проходили на лоджии. Кухня очень маленькая, но все необходимое есть. Замечательная хозяйка Алена всегда была на связи, и отвечала на наши вопросы и просьбы без каких либо задержек. Спасибо большое Алене, за то что сдает такую отличную квартиру и дает возможность другим людям насладиться видами города и моря!
  
  What could be improved: Нет полочек в зоне душа и у зеркала в ванной можно еще добавить полку. Комары!
