  What could be improved: Из минусов стоит отметить:
  1. слышимость (такая же как в орби), но мне повезло – все вели себя очень тихо.
  2. курящие/парящие соседи, это прям постоянно нужно было закрывать балкон.

  Отличные апартаменты с прекрасным видом. Есть все необходимое для проживание. Также в здании отличная шумоизоляция и система кондиционирования.

  Были впервые, понравилось всё, но за 4 дня всё не посмотришь. Номер классный,Ю в номере всё есть для проживания и удобств. Вид с балкона-классный, особенно закаты. Однозначно рекомендуем. С лифтами проблем не было, с таким плотным заселением. В здании несколько гостиниц. Единственное, с парковкой бесплатной вопрос…. , но есть платный подземный паркинг. Рядом набережная , море , ночные магазины , кафе и т. д. Ночная жизнь на побережье кипит))! Рядом обменники, ночной магазин. Марине спасибо за гостеприимство и понимание). Успели на денёк даже сьездить в Турцию -до границы менее 20 км от центра города.
  
  What could be improved: Впринципе на мелочи не обращали внимание всё было хорошо. На вкус и цвет как говориться- товарищей нет, но если иногда включать в работу голову и не забывать что мы люди, всё будет хорошо и без проблем.

  Мы остались очень довольны апартаментами на 35 этаже в Alliance Palace. Вид на поющие фонтаны и аллею героев просто волшебный! Квартира уютная, чистая и с современными удобствами. Отличное место для отдыха. Рекомендуем!
