What I appreciated most about apartament shushana was how it felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than checking into a hotel. The space is comfortable without being flashy – clean, functional, with those little touches that show someone actually cares about the place. The kitchen setup is particularly handy if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local markets (and trust me, you should). Parking can be a bit of an adventure, as it is pretty much anywhere in this part of the city, but it’s manageable if you’re patient. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no endless paperwork or upselling attempts, just friendly folks who seem genuinely happy to have you there. I will say the Wi-Fi was solid, which matters more than I’d like to admit these days. You know what really struck me though?   Die Lage in der Altstadt war OK, Parkplätze Glückssache. Das Apartment war gut eingerichtet.
  
  What could be improved: Das Apartment zu finden war eine Katastrophe. Angeblich wäre eine Beschreibung per WhatsApp zugesandt worden. Wir nutzen das aber nicht und mussten uns durch das ganze Haus durchfragen. Keine Beschilderung, keine Apartmentnummer, nichts. Für alle kurz, denen es ähnlich gehen sollte: Die Straße und Hausnummer zu finden ist kein Problem. Dann bitte um das Haus zur Rückseite gehen. dort befinden sich 5 Eingänge (vom Aussehen nicht abschrecken lassen). Den ganz rechten nehmen, 3 Treppen bis in den 2. Stock nehmen und an der Tür vor Kopf (auf die man zuläuft) klopfen. Wenn man verabredet ist wird geöffnet. Wie gesagt, kein Schild, kein Name, keine Nummer, nix.

  Квартира чистая, удобная, кондиционер работал, балкончик приятный. Белье выглаженное, полотенца в достаточном количестве, стиральная машина. В ванной душ со шторкой, что не часто втстречала в Армении и Грузии) В кухне есть вся посуда для готовки. Близко к канатной дороге и центру.

  Квартира удобная, оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Расположена недалеко от центра города. Вежливые, доброжелательные хозяева.
  
  What could be improved: Мы проживали в декабре. Квартира отапливалась только кондиционером, установленным в одной комнате. Поэтому во второй комнате без кондиционера было прохладно спать. Также при заезде в квартиру заметили, что пол не очень чистый, липкий, и в квартире был неприятный стойкий запах от курения прежних проживающих.

  Небольшая квартирка, аккуратная, до пляжа в порту минут 20-25; посуды достаточно; прекрасно сохраняющий продукты холодильник с морозильником; достаточно белья; хороший интернет.
  
  What could be improved: Не было микроволновки первую половину срока проживания; стиральная машина не работает; нагрев воды от бойлера волновой -то горячо, то резко холодно; фена нет; подъезд просто жуть; стены практически без звукоизоляции (но это беда всей Грузии и в новостройках); матрас с врезающимися в кости пружинами; соседи сверху затапливают и вода капает на кровать – фото потолка с подтёками не сделала, но на потоп сверху попала. И осторожно с оплатой – делайте скрин, где приложение даёт такую возможность, чтобы не было "сюрпризов" впоследствии.
