It’s one of those views that makes you pause mid-conversation.

The location is what really sets this apart though. Being on Rustaveli means you’re literally steps from the main pedestrian strip with all the cafes and street performers, but here’s the thing – the hotel sits back just enough that you don’t get the late-night noise that can drive you crazy in other spots along this stretch. I stayed on the fifth floor and could hear the gentle buzz of the boulevard during the day, which actually felt pretty energizing, but nights were surprisingly quiet. The staff clearly knows the area well too – they pointed me toward this little khachapuri place three blocks down that I never would have found on my own, and it ended up being the best meal of my trip.

What I really appreciated was how the hotel balances that polished four-star experience with something that feels authentic to Batumi’s character. The rooms have this clean, modern design but they haven’t stripped away the local personality – there are subtle Georgian touches in the textiles and artwork that feel thoughtful rather than touristy. The sea-facing rooms are obviously the prize here, and if you can swing it, totally worth the upgrade. Watching the sunrise over the Black Sea from your bed is pretty spectacular, especially when you can see the mountains catching the early light in the background. Check-in was smooth, parking situation is handled (which isn’t always guaranteed in this part of the city), and the whole operation just feels well-managed without being stuffy. If you’re looking for a base that puts you right in the action but gives you a peaceful retreat to come back to, this place gets the balance right.

  I had an incredible stay at this property! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The owner was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home.

  The location is great, close all the interesting locations, such as, public transportation, restaurants, and shops were all just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient.
  
  I also appreciated the small touches, like well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedding that made the stay extra special. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place ticks all the boxes. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay. Five stars all the way!
