The two-room setup works really well if you’re traveling with family or just want some space to spread out – there’s something nice about having a separate living area where you can hang out without everything revolving around the bed.

What struck me most was how the place manages to feel both local and tourist-friendly at the same time. The building itself fits right into the neighborhood rhythm (you’ll see locals going about their daily routines, kids playing in nearby courtyards), but the apartment has all the modern touches that make you feel settled rather than like you’re camping out. The proximity to the sea means you get those gorgeous Batumi sunsets right from your room, and honestly, after a day of exploring the city’s mix of old architecture and new casino glitz, there’s something perfect about just watching the light change over the water.   Новые, красивые, просторные, достаточно комфортные апартаменты, есть почти все необходимое. Кухня хорошо оборудована. Кондиционер и телевизор в каждой из двух комнат. В спальне отличный матрац. На балконе летняя мебель, сушилка, даже шезлонг. Не смотря на то, что это Орби, благодаря тому, что апартаменты на 6 этаже, всегда была альтернатива идти по лестнице, а не ждать в толпе у лифта (правда, это проблема только в высокий сезон). В целом, очень комфортное жилье.
  
  What could be improved: Комната скорее на 3, чем на 4 человека (3 стула, три одеяла, постельного не хватило на четверых). Кроме того, правая сторона разложенного дивана непригодна для сна по своему состоянию – спать на этом месте было очень тяжело. Также удивило отсутствие запасных мешков для мусора.

  Комфортный и удобный номер.
  Радует, что при заезде мы получили чистый номер! Даже присутствовали такие принадлежности, как гель для мытья посуды, губка-тряпка, в ванной шампунь и мыло. Постель и полотенца белоснежные. Отлично!
  
  What could be improved: Этаж 6, и это радует: иногда спускались пешком по лестнице, так как из-за большого количества проживающих приходилось ждать лифт долго

  Немного побаивались снимать жилье в Orbi, но в данном случае переживали зря — прекрасный номер. Чистый, тихий, просторный. Очень удобная кровать, раскладной диван, большой балкон, на кухне есть плита, микроволновка, электрический чайник и необходимая посуда. Утюг, сушка и два телевизора — если для кого-то это важно. Внимательная хозяйка была всегда на связи 🙂 Рекомендую.

  Clean and cozy apartment for a vacation with family. I travel with my husband and our infant baby — our stay at the apartment was very comfortable. The location is good, just 3-5 minutes to seafront. The host is very polite.

  The apartment is quite spacious and fully corresponds to the photos. It is located on the 6th floor in Block C. Each room had air conditioning and a TV. The apartment is located first along the corridor right next to the elevators, we always got to our apartment very quickly despite the fact that the building is very large (more than 50 floors with long corridors). The reception is very noisy and there are always a lot of people downstairs, but the apartment was very quiet and nice. There are several supermarkets and a small local market nearby. The beach is also within walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: The room had almost everything we needed. The only things missing were a couple of new wine glasses, kitchen towels and a couple of rolls of toilet paper (there was only one in the bathroom).

  Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, пошла на встречу во многих вопросах. Достаточно просторная квартира для Орби с отдельной спальней. Удобная кровать. Наличие батарей для отопления. Мы были не в сезон (октябрь) поэтому очередей в лифте не застали. Мы были с 6 месячным малышом, в целом было комфортно.
  
  What could be improved: Были нюансы по уборке, но для Батуми это стандартно.

  What could be improved: Был во время сезона, комплекс был перенаселён – здание большое, но лифтов всего 6, в итоге в лифтах практически всегда была значительная очередь. Нам повезло что номер на 6-ом этаж, поэтому всегда ходили пешком. Поэтому если в этом здании будете бронировать номера – обязательно уточняйте какой этаж.

  The apartment is very cozy, equipped with everything needed for a stay.
  Comfortable bed, all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances.
  Everything is sparkling clean.
  Windows don't face the next building of the Orbi complex, so the night lighting don't bother.
  The check-in / check-out went smooth, communication with the host was excellent.
