I’ll be honest – I walked past 10inn Boutique Hotel twice before realizing this was actually my destination. It’s tucked right there on Batumgora street, and from the outside, you’d never guess you’re looking at a five-star property. But that’s sort of the point, I think. The whole boutique thing isn’t just marketing speak here; they’ve really committed to this intimate, almost residential vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying at some impossibly stylish friend’s place rather than a hotel.

Once you step inside though – wow. The lobby hits you with this perfect blend of Georgian character and contemporary design that somehow doesn’t feel forced. You know what I mean? Like, there are these gorgeous traditional elements woven in naturally, not just slapped on for tourists. The staff actually remembers your name after one conversation, which honestly caught me off guard. I mean, with only a handful of rooms, they can afford to do that, but still. The attention to detail is pretty remarkable – from the locally-sourced toiletries that smell incredible to the way they’ve soundproofed everything so well that you forget you’re in the heart of Batumi. And speaking of location, you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the boulevard and the beach, but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowd noise.

What really sold me on this place was breakfast the next morning. They don’t do some massive buffet situation – instead, it’s this carefully curated spread of local specialties and international options that changes based on what’s fresh that day. The khachapuri alone is worth the stay, but don’t sleep on their coffee game either. I spent way too much time on their little terrace area, watching the city wake up with a proper Georgian coffee in hand. The rooms themselves are spacious by boutique standards, with these amazing bathrooms that feel almost spa-like. Fair warning though – if you’re the type who needs a huge TV and mini-bar stocked with overpriced snacks, this might not be your scene. They’ve focused more on creating this serene, refined atmosphere where you actually want to unplug a bit. The 9.5 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be everything to everyone, but what they do, they absolutely nail.

  The hotel was extremely comfortable and authentic. Our experience was so good, the heater and hot water worked without problems. The hotel owner is very helpful as well as the staff. If you don't have a car the location of the hotel is a little on the hill though you can always call a cab as far as I know they are cheap..
