  Very cozy and really stylish. Excellent bath, good kitchen and quality facilities. Nice lightning and solid WiFi. Sea is over the road. Clean an empty beach 180m. Groceries around.

  There was a restaurant on first floor with very modest prices and excellent food. Shopping was steps away. The host provided excellent service and the place was very clean. During my stay the fan in stove hood did not work and replaced within one day of notifying host. Shopping was just steps away and bus stop across the street. This was an excellent value for the price and I recommend.

  What could be improved: on the day of arrival we were told that this apartment was occupied and they offered us another option. we lived in a less stylish and comfortable apartment, but larger in size and with two balconies with a charming view, which brightened up these changes. However, during rain and wind, water flowed into the cracks on the windows and doors of the balconies. The dogs in the yard howled every night and the sounds of trains passing under the windows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

  Удобное расположение – рядом несколько супермаркетов, банкоматы, на первом этаже отличное кафе с недорогой, вкусной кухней. Рядом так же грузинское заведение (с ужасно громкой музыкой по вечерам) с вкусной кухней.
  В номере было чисто, отличный вид, кондиционер вайфай работали отлично. На этаже (мы жили на 12) есть стиральная машина и микроволновая печь. Горячая вода всегда есть, кровать достаточно удобная.
  
  What could be improved: Плохо работал холодильник (морозильная камера не морозила), когда мы заселились он был выключен и тек, пришлось еще домывать полы потом.

  Два шага от моря, супер! До центра города легко добраться как на общественном транспорте, так и на такси. Рядом есть и продуктовые магазины, в том чиле круглосуточные и аптека. На первом этаже дома кафе. Хороший балкончик для курязих с видом на бесконечную зелень. Сама квартира, хоть и небольшая но очень симпатичная, есть все кроме стиралки, так что если едете на две три недели, учтите)
