  New building, simple but nice and comfortable room, views, location, fast communication with the host.
  
  What could be improved: Though the place is new, the room is somewhat shabby – crooked doors on the kitchen cabinet cracks on the walls, missing lampshade on the chandelier, etc…
  
  Also, it feels like the hosts provide the barest minimum possible – little shampoo, toilet paper, towels (you could use additional towels for the beach and for the bathroom floor), and no coffee, tea or water in the appartment.
  
  Plus, note that because of the height, the window can only be opened slightly, so you can't vent the room and you need to use air conditioner constantly.

  What could be improved: в первый же вечер отключилось электричество, потом в 6 утра нас чуть ни затопило так как сорвался клапан гигиенического душа, хорошо что мы были дома и проснулись от шума воды хотя весь пол уже был в воде, фото ремонта были сделаны давно либо отфотошоплены так как мебель и стены уже грязные и пошарпаные временем или плохой эксплуатауией от предыдущих жильцов, розетка в ванной опасно расшатана сломаная мебель со сколами. второй раз мы туда конечно не заселились бы, столько стресса за 3 дня, мы уже шутили что осталось только пожар пережить тут для полноты картины

  It was qwit modern.
  
  What could be improved: The communication whit the owner / the management of the apartment.
  I massaged them 10 hours before I was due to get the info on how to get the keys and noting no response. Wan I erived to the place I was helped by a local man how called the num in the reservation and Evan than had to argue whit them to tall me the info on how to get the keys and all this at 11 pm whit a 2 yer old kid and a rainy water. Finely the said on the phone the instructions on how to get the keys. Thier masege came a hollow day after our arivel.

  Хорошие чистые уютные апартаменты с красивым видом на Батуми. Гостили с женой. Останавливались с 14 по 17 апреля. Апартаменты расположены на 19 этаже. Лифт долго не ждали. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания. Рядом набережная, все достопримечательности, много кафе, ресторанов.
  Поставили бы 10 баллов, если бы не несколько моментов, которые владельцу апартаментов вполне возможно учесть в будущем (опишу ниже).
  
  What could be improved: 1. Мы знали, что прилетим в Батуми около 12 часов дня и у нас не будет связи. Накануне отлета я написал владельцу сообщение с просьбой отправить нам инструкцию по заселению. Владелец ответил, что не против прислать информацию, но при этом он вынужден будет списать с карты всю сумму за проживание. Я ответил, что нас такой вариант вполне устраивает и мы ждем инструкции. Но никакой информации заранее мы так и не получили. Уже в аэропорту Батуми нам пришлось очень долго подключаться к бесплатной сети wi-fi, чтобы прочитать сообщение от владельца апартаментов (на это у нас ушло не менее 40 минут).
  2. В номере есть чайник, но при заселении не было ни одного пакетика чая. Это немного расстроило. Обычно такой сервис есть даже в самых дешевых апартаментах/отелях.
  3. Не было запасных мешков для мусора. Ну и могли бы оставить хоть одну жидкую капсулу для стирки. Понятное дело, когда люди заселяются на длительный срок, то они сами себе купят всё необходимое. Но когда у вас останавливаются на два-три дня, то можно порадовать жильцов маленьким бонусом.

  Отличное местоположение, цена -качество идеально просто, вид протрясавший , одно из лучших расположений в самом современном комплексе, бесконтактное заселение, что не может не радовать , квартира в самом центре Батуми, вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов! Владелец всегда на связи, помогает, предлагает свои услуги! Это отличное предложение , которое стоит оплаченных денег! Если будем в Батуми с радостью вернёмся !
  
  What could be improved: Постоянно мокрый пол в ваннной, течет бачок , и если моетесь мини душем в туалете, всегда выключайте кран, иначе воды будет утром по щиколотку! Нет моющих средств, поэтому если будете пользоваться посудой и готовить на мини кухне придется все купить самим!
