The sea view they promise? It’s legit spectacular, especially around sunset when the whole coastline lights up golden. I spent way too many evenings just standing on that balcony watching the boats come in.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to create that luxury apartment feel without making it feel sterile, you know? The space is genuinely spacious – not that cramped “European-style” compact thing you sometimes get. The kitchen actually works for cooking real meals, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights. Parking can be a bit tricky during summer months (July and August get pretty packed with visitors), but there’s usually street parking within a block if you don’t mind walking. The building itself is quiet – thick walls, good windows – so even though you’re in the city, you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too, no bureaucratic headaches that you sometimes get navigating Georgian hospitality standards. I mean, the location alone makes it worth considering, but they’ve actually followed through on making it a place you’d want to spend time, not just crash for the night.

  Прекрасная квартира! Мне очень понравилось здесь жить – уютно, спокойно, всё в точности как на фото. Честно говоря, сначала побаивалась ее бронировать, потому что ее совсем недавно разместили, а новый объект – это часто кот в мешке. Но нисколько не пожалела, эта квартира действительно существует!
  
  Вид из окна потрясающий, ночью тихо и спокойно, слышно волны. Самолёты мне не мешали, наоборот, понравилось наблюдать за ними утром с чашкой кофе.
  
  Хозяева отзывчивые, всегда были на связи и помогали с любыми вопросами🙏🏻
