What really impressed me about this five-star place is how they’ve managed to feel boutique without being pretentious. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette shoved in the corner – have these floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Black Sea like living postcards. I stayed in a two-bedroom unit on the seventh floor, and honestly, I spent way too much time just standing on that balcony with my morning coffee. The kitchens are actually functional too, which is rare – I mean, you can cook a proper meal if you want, though with Batumi’s restaurant scene right at your doorstep, you might not bother much. The building itself has this modern glass-and-steel thing going on that somehow doesn’t clash with the older Georgian architecture around it, which is pretty impressive considering how easily these things can go wrong.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the staff actually knows the neighborhood. When I asked about good khachapuri (because, let’s face it, that’s essential research), the front desk guy didn’t just point me to the hotel restaurant. He sent me to this little place three blocks away where his grandmother apparently taught the baker. That’s the kind of local insight you don’t get at chain hotels. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you experience little touches like that. Parking was straightforward – they have their own garage, which is actually a big deal in this part of Batumi where street parking can be… well, let’s call it an adventure. The neighborhood gets lively in the evenings, especially during summer, but the windows are solid enough that you won’t be kept awake unless you want to be. I’d definitely recommend snagging a sea-facing unit if you can – the city view is nice, but there’s something about watching the ships come and go in the harbor that never gets old, even after a week-long stay.

  Изначально ехала в Батуми из Тбилиси поздним поездом, искала апартаменты в центре города! Оказалось, что данные апартаменты располагаются в центре, на берегу моря, с красивым видом на парк! Со мной связались, уточнили время заезда, сказали, что встретят и проводят! Так всё и было! Ребята оказались вежливыми, помогли добраться до номера, прислали рекомендации по Батуми. Каждый день узнавали всё ли хорошо, и предлагали помощь! Завтрак приносили в номер с 9:00-10:00, на завтрак была каша и омлет, с кофе и фруктами и печенками. При выезде оказалось, что мой рейс перенесли на позже, ребята пошли на встречу и разрешили мне остаться подольше. В отеле есть всё необходимое, гладильная доска, утюг, плита, полотенца, приятное и чистое постельное белье, балкончик с креслами! Обязательно вернусь сюда
  
  What could be improved: В апартаментах не было фена, но мне он был не нужен, думаю, что попросить у ребят его можно было, но я пользовалась своим! Всё остальное было прекрасно!
