View & More Aparthotel in Batumi Overview

I’ll be honest – when I first walked into View & More Aparthotel in Batumi, I wasn’t expecting much from the unassuming entrance on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. But wow, was I wrong. This five-star place completely changed my perspective on what aparthotels can be, and I mean that in the best possible way. The lobby hits you with this modern, almost minimalist vibe that somehow feels warm rather than cold – there’s something about the lighting and the way they’ve arranged the seating that just works. You know what really impressed me though? The staff actually remembered my name after the first day, which honestly doesn’t happen that often in Batumi these days with all the tourism boom.

The apartments themselves are where this place really shines. I stayed in one of their larger units and the kitchen was actually functional – not one of those tiny hotel kitchenettes where you can barely boil water. I’m talking full-sized fridge, proper stovetop, decent counter space for chopping vegetables if you hit up the local market on Gogebashvili Street (which, by the way, is only about a ten-minute walk). The “View” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff either – depending on which floor you’re on, you’ll catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings, and on clear mornings the light streaming in is just gorgeous. The beds are surprisingly comfortable too, though I will say the pillows run a bit soft if you’re used to firmer support.

What really sets this place apart is how it feels like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. The location puts you right in a residential neighborhood where you’ll hear Georgian being spoken more than English or Russian, which gives you that authentic local experience without being too far from the action. It’s maybe a fifteen-minute stroll to the Boulevard and the main beach area, but honestly, I found myself enjoying the walk through the quieter streets. The building itself is well-maintained – good elevators, clean hallways, and surprisingly good soundproofing for a newer construction. I barely heard my neighbors, even during what seemed like a pretty lively celebration one evening. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Batumi will appreciate. The whole experience just felt… effortless, I guess? Like they’ve figured out all those little details that can make or break a longer stay. If you’re planning to spend more than a few days in town and want somewhere that feels like a temporary home base rather than a hotel room, this place definitely delivers on that promise.

Reviews of View & More Aparthotel in Batumi

  • Exceptional – Bokov from Russia – August 15, 2025 (10/10)

Живое и атмосферное место в самом сердце города. Уютные компактные номера с интересной планировкой ванной и прекрасными видами с верхних этажей. Подойдёт тем, кто любит энергичный ритм города и не боится небольшого шума.

  • Great Apartment with beautiful view (but also with a safety issue) – Alexander from Germany – July 1, 2025 (8/10)

Beautiful view from the 28th floor at the Sea and beautiful sunsets. Large and bright Rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioner in every room.

What could be improved: I would still recommend this apartment for the price we paid, but it also has some issues which I hope host can address soon.

Payment was possible only in cache.

The kitchen was clean and did have an induction oven, but the cooking pot was incompatible with induction heating, so it was useless..

Many small issues which should not be hard to fix, like partially broken apartment door lock and a safety hazard on the balcony: two out of tree air conditioner units had missing safety covers and high voltage cables/terminals were exposed.
Adults would not touch these terminals, but small kids are probably at risk until this is fixed.

We unfolded the sofa once and did not do it again as it was broken and it was almost impossible to fold it back.

  • Not just a vacation — it felt like a story worth telling – Ana from Georgia – June 14, 2025 (10/10)

We booked this apartment for the view, but what we found was so much more. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel like old friends rather than guests.
They greeted us with smiles, helped us settle in, and even recommended a hidden beach we ended up falling in love with.
One morning, we accidentally locked ourselves out — and within minutes, they showed up laughing, no stress, just pure kindness.
It’s rare to find such warmth and care in a rental. The sea was beautiful, the sunsets unforgettable, but the human touch? That’s what truly stayed with us.
We’ll definitely be back — not just for the place, but for the people

  • Horrible experience – Maka from Georgia – May 30, 2025 (1/10)

What could be improved: My friends and I booked 2-bedroom apartment and when we arrived, a rude girl spoke to us on the phone, I was on the fourth floor and just asked where exactly we had to go and she answered so rudely that I was shocked. and then when we got to the office, they told us that the water pipe in the room which we had booked was broken. I checked on Booking.com and they had the exact same room open and for rent on Booking.com. Don't trust them. They are liars. They attract guests with low prices and when you arrive in the office they won't let you into the room you booked on Booking.com. They offer other, much worse options on this price.

  • მატყუარები არიან – Maka from Georgia – May 30, 2025 (1/10)

What could be improved:
