I’ll be honest, when I first pulled up to Velora Seaside Residences on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, I wasn’t expecting much – you know how these newer developments can sometimes feel a bit sterile. But walking into the lobby, I immediately got that feeling you get when you know you’ve stumbled onto something special. The space has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “look at me” but somehow makes you feel like you’ve been let in on a well-kept secret.

What really sets this place apart is how they’ve managed to capture the essence of Batumi without falling into tourist trap territory. The residences themselves are spacious in a way that actually matters – I mean, you can spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage, and the kitchenettes are properly equipped (not just for show). The five-star rating isn’t just about fancy marble in the bathrooms, though that’s certainly there. It’s in the details that matter when you’re actually living in a space for more than a night or two. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and honestly, the beds are the kind you sink into after a long day exploring the city and think “okay, I could get used to this.”

The location is where things get really interesting, though. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to Boulevard and the beach without breaking a sweat, but far enough from the main tourist drag that you’re not dealing with the crowds and noise at all hours. I loved being able to grab coffee from that little place around the corner in the morning – you know, the one where the locals actually go – and then wander down to the sea when I felt like it. The staff seems to genuinely know the neighborhood, too, which means you get recommendations that go beyond the obvious tourist spots. They pointed me toward this incredible khachapuri place that I never would have found on my own, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The whole experience feels less like staying in a hotel and more like having a really well-appointed temporary home in a city that’s got so much more character than people give it credit for.

  The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The staff were kind and helpful. Since there was construction near the elevator, they met us at the main reception and gave us the key card. Special thanks to Ana for her great help and kindness

  What could be improved: The mold in the bathroom and the water that comes to the floor don’t know where from. Very dirty room (under the mattress was old trousers with sponge bob). Balcony was cleaned last time when it was built. A lot of dents, scratches and other staff. All mirrors was with fingerprints of other people

  اتاق خوب بود،منظره خوبی هم داشت
  
  What could be improved: من 2روز اتاق را گرفتم و بعد دوباره 2روز تمدید کردم اما مسئولان از ارائه خدمات دوباره (نظافت ودستمال و شامپو)خودداری کردند و درخواست پول داشتن .امکاناتی که در هنگام رزرو گفته شده ،همه آنها وجود نداره، و مسئولان آن همکاری نمیکنن
  مایع دستشویی داخل سرویس بهداشتی نیست
  قهوه ساز نبود
  چاقو نبود
  و بخاطر نداشتن پارکینگ که بعد از رزرو گفتن نداریم، و در خیابان ماشین را پارک کنید، پلیس ماشین ما را برد و ما را با مشکل مواجه کرد، در صورتی که هنگام رزرو پارکینگ هست ولی نداشتن

  What could be improved: امکاناتی که در رزرو نوشته بودن کامل نبود، چاقو در وسایل نبود، قهوه ساز نبود، در صورتی که من در درخواست از هتل تاکید کردم برای قهوه ساز ولی نگفتن نداریم، دمپایی نبود
  رزرو ما برای ۳نفر بود ولی شامپو برای دو نفر بود
  مایع دستشویی نبود، پارکینگ موقع رزرو هست ولی بعد از تایید هتل اعلام کرد در دسترس نیست و جای پارک به سختی پیدا میشد و اذیت کننده بود
  من ابتدا اتاقم برای دو شب رزرو کردم و بعد دوباره برای دو شب دیگر تمدید کردم، ولی نظافت اتاق رایگان انجام نشد و وسایل نظافت دوباره ندادن و درخواست پول کردن برای انجام آن
  در صورتی که می‌توانستم اتاق تحویل بدهم و اتاق جدید بگیرم ولی مسئول رزرو به خوبی همراهی و کمک نکرد😕
