The thing about Batumi is that everyone talks about the beachfront properties, but they’re usually packed and overpriced. This aparthotel sits just far enough back that you avoid the chaos of the main strip, but close enough that you can still hear the gentle crash of waves if you open your balcony doors at night. The sea views are genuinely spectacular – I mean, they named it right. From my unit, I could see clear across the Black Sea, and during sunset, well… let’s just say I took way too many photos. The aparthotel concept works really well here because you get proper kitchen facilities, which is clutch when you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries and actually have a decent place to enjoy breakfast.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to maintain that boutique feel despite being part of the larger Orbi City development. The staff genuinely seemed to care – not in that scripted hotel way, but like they actually wanted to make sure you had a good time. The building itself feels modern without being sterile, and I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with the typical Georgian tourist kitsch you see everywhere else. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free, which anyone who’s driven in Batumi will tell you is no small feat. The location puts you within walking distance of the botanical garden if you’re into that sort of thing, and there’s this little family-run restaurant about two blocks down that serves the best mtsvadi I had during my entire trip – the hotel staff actually recommended it, which tells you something about how they approach hospitality. I stayed during shoulder season in late spring, so I can’t speak to how crazy it gets in peak summer, but the 9.6 rating makes total sense to me. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone actually thought about what travelers really need, rather than just checking boxes on an amenity list.

  Lokalizacja na booking jest inna niż w rzeczywistości, należy dokładnie sprawdzić maila po rezerwacji. Budynek Orbi City D2 – wszystko jak należy, jedyne co to brak sztućców, chociaż garnki były 🙂

  Orbi City is truly one of the most impressive and iconic developments in Batumi. The architecture is modern and eye-catching, making it stand out beautifully along the coastline. The location is absolutely ideal – just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes, and many of Batumi’s top attractions. It’s perfect both for vacation stays and long-term living.

The rooms are usually well-equipped, with balconies offering stunning views of the Black Sea or the mountains. It’s a great choice for tourists, digital nomads, and investors alike.
