The sea view from both the living area and that balcony is the real deal – you get these gorgeous sunsets that honestly made me stay in more nights than I planned to. There’s something about watching the light change over the Black Sea that just hits different from up there.

The building itself feels well-maintained, which isn’t always a given in this part of town. Check-in was straightforward, and the host actually knew useful stuff about the area – like where to find decent khachapuri at 11 PM (turns out it’s the little place two blocks down toward the old town). What impressed me most was the attention to practical details – good water pressure, reliable wifi, and blackout curtains that actually block the streetlights. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. Parking can be a bit of an adventure in this neighborhood, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. The whole setup just works well for either a romantic getaway or if you’re traveling with friends who need space to spread out – that second bedroom isn’t an afterthought, it’s properly sized with its own character.

  Отличный номер с двумя спальнями и гостиной. Имеется угол с кухней, ванная совмещенная с туалетом. До моря довольно близко, но идти нужно по проезжей части (короткое расстояние из-за ведения строительных работ). Рядом есть магазины, но мало кафе и ресторанов (со временем, думаю, их будет появляться больше).
