The WiFi is surprisingly solid too, which matters if you’re trying to upload all those sunset photos from the Boulevard or need to catch up on work. I spent a good chunk of one rainy afternoon just lounging around, and the space never felt cramped or depressing like some city accommodations can.

The street itself is pretty quiet considering how central you are – Parnavaz Mepe isn’t one of those major thoroughfares where trucks rumble by at 5 AM. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk from the real action near the port and casino area, but close enough that you don’t need to plan your whole day around getting back. Actually, one of my favorite discoveries was this little bakery just two blocks down that opens ridiculously early – perfect for grabbing something before heading out to explore the botanical gardens or take that cable car up to the plateau. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, not like some of the hastily converted Soviet-era blocks you sometimes encounter. Check-in was straightforward, and the whole experience felt more like staying at a friend’s place than dealing with typical hotel bureaucracy. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but for the price point and location, it hits that sweet spot where you feel like you made a smart choice rather than just settling for whatever was available.

  Perfect location, we were able to check in early at 2:00 PM (official check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. It’s a bit inconvenient, but since this is clearly stated in advance, no complaints). The balcony was quite spacious, which was a nice bonus.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment could have been cleaned much better, as there was quite a lot of old dust on the surfaces. There was quite a lot of mold in the bathroom, and the place would really benefit from renovation. The shower has no curtain or glass, so the floor easily gets wet. Check-in instructions were not very clear, and it was a bit tricky to find the right apartment from the photos, but luckily a kind neighbor helped.

  What could be improved: הצ'ק אין מתחיל רק ב 16:00 ואין אפשרות לצ'ק אין מוקדם או צ'ק אאוט מאוחר. וגם אין מקום להשאיר את המזוודות לפני הצ'ק אין.
  הוראות ההגעה לדירה לא היו מספיק ברורות – התמונות הראו דלת פתוחה אבל כשהגעתי היא הייתה סגורה וקשה היה להבין שיש המשך לקומה.
  לא היה הפשוט לתקשר עם המארח בזמן אמת, כי אין לו וואטסאפ וצירך להתנהל רק דרך הבוקינג.
